China Buffet — Restaurant in Walterboro

Will never eat here again! Went there because of the good reviews and let me tell you people that have 5 starred this place are idiots. *horrible staff ; had a damn employee behind me the whole time I was there practically stalking us. We were a party of 6. Very uncomfortable eating with her stares and upcomings to the table *not sufficient English ; so basically everyone there speaks little English. We had a hard time trying to tell her, there's no fried shrimp anymore, they kept saying pork fried rice coming. Are you serious? *food was cold and not out ; so we asked them to bring out their food, they kept saying yeah out out. We waited 45 minutes for boneless spare ribs and rice, an hour and a half for fried chicken. GARLIC BREAD WAS COLD AND STALE. Donuts were also cold. They had fried shrimp there and when it was gone and I asked them to take out more they said they don't cook that there. Are you serious!? I just ate the thing! *glaring because of my kids ; so I have a son that's energetic, no reason for you to be on top of him and touching him for being at an empty table or on your disgusting floor!

(Edited today as of April 15, 2022- we were for dinner tonight.. 4 adults and 4 sweet teas for $84.54 wth! I know prices are going up but good God! When asked why so much lady said we went up on prices.. it's not worth $12.99 plus tax for the buffet and a glass of tea was $5.95 each! Can you say price Galging!! I mean if they kept it hot and fresh with better choices of food, only veggie they had was corn on Cobb and spring rolls that has veggies! Definitely done with them again! I'd rather travel to Charleston for a better Chinese buffet!)

Not very much to choose from a lot of seafood items including crawfish (my opinion.. Yuck) chinease places are known for rice. Absolutely no rice was at the buffet. Very little in the trays on the buffet, Most of which felt cold not evened warm. Also over priced.. Our ticket said 2 adults - $21 and 1 child -$16.. So when We asked bout the price the lady said I made mistake its 2 kids for $16. My youngest is 3. He literally ate nothing but corn on Cobb a few fried shrimp and watermelon. Will not...

The food was not very tasteful either, all of the fruit was canned, and they had the chocolate desserts sitting right next to the sushi, which was just weird. it cost us $70 for 3 adult and 1 children’s lunch buffet + two lemonades + $10 was just service fee, but as was previously mentioned in other reviews, there really was no service to speak up so why the fee!
