Hardee's — Restaurant in Walterboro

I am in drive-thru right now. Years ago, Hardee's used to have a loaded sausage egg biscuit gravy. Well while trying to order I was told that it was the number 8 without even hearing full order. Young lady was also in the background talking about doordash orders without even muting the headphones. So while I'm trying to make an order, my order is being disrupted without even telling me to hold on. So while the young lady wants me to repeat my order I'm explaining it to her and I'm saying open face biscuit with the gravy on top. I'm not sure if what I was saying was hilarious or if the crew just had an awesome running joke! Previously my review was 5 stars but I have now changed to 1. Somehow the younger Generations are not being trained nor reprimanded properly! Customer service matters and that's what keeps the doors open. While being a district manager of a restaurant chain myself I don't necessarily agree that all customers are always right, however, the lack of courtesy, customer service, and patience was some part today. I have been back for 8 years 65 years old. On Saturday may 11 2024 Saturday time between 4pm -4.30 pm. The mean evil disrespectful woman was hostile and rule she treated me horrific her demendor attitude. She treated me horribly I decided to change my mine she shoved my card in my hand yelling. Saying to me when I drove up to the window asked me what I was I saying to her at the drive thru speaker. When she ask me at the window who j I was surprised I told her it wasn't anything bad. She has a very mean evil face. I have never been treated like this. And she said she don't have tone for these white people one if I were white she was wrong. She yelled saying I don't care if you call corporate. All I can see is her mean face so disrespectful my order was almost 29.00. I will never forget her. It was absolutely horrific how she tread me. And yes iam a local and she was also yelling at her employee. Iam going to also this in our local newspaper I usually get my 4 chicken wraps. I moved to walterboro SC the yr of 2007. They have I outstanding menu, and great staff team. IWas sent to safehaven homeless shelter.Everyone at the shelter had to leave every day.I found this job at Hardee's they needed breakfast cook. Michelle was the general manager.She trained me how to cook on the grill, setup my areas, and cook breakfast and lunch for customers. This was a very busy job. Most times I had to work through lunch, and hardly ever got a lunch break. I can Cook ,and prepare meals and so much more. I worked here from 2007 to 2008 and I transferred to the Hardee's in Summerville SC.Jennifer was the store manager there and she gave me the same position as backline breakfast cook and she gave me a dollar raise. Had to walk 5 miles to and from work4 days a week unless it rained or if I was too tired to walk home I would call a taxi. They pay biweekly. Overworked and under paid. I walked to and from work at the walterboro Hardee's 4 days a week except that one was closer to safehaven homeless shelter.I pray that the Lord blesses all of my education and work history.
