A student of mine was terminated from this job here. She has been here for 2+ years. Very loyal to the manager and her fellow coworkers. The manager believed the lies that were made against her and yelled at her and threw her out of the store. Humiliated my student. She then reports she has always been loyal to that manager (coming in every time he needs coverage, sweetest to the customers, etc) only to be terminated the way she did. The manager always made inappropriate comments towards her and other insinuations making her extremely uncomfortable. This student has always been kind and respectful to me and I will never report to this location ever again. This manager has been here for 20 years and must be removed or behavior like this will surely continue! They must be put out of business...

It didn’t ruin my day because she is the one with the problem. It is not the end of the world that my app does not work. I just left without my coffee. That is all. Read moreI’ve been going to this Dunkin’ Donuts almost daily since I began working in Waltham years ago. This morning I went in to get my coffee just to be told I need to wear a face mask, again. I’ve been going there daily for months without having to wear a mask and to have it suddenly implemented again just puts a lot of stress on people for no good reason. I don’t know if this is per manager discretion or not but where I work that is how we operate. I understand employers requiring employees to be masked if they want, but requiring all guests and customers to be as well is a many steps too far and absolutely in the wrong direction.
