First Parish in Waltham — Attraction in Waltham

This church is a hindrance and they do not care about the surrounding community. I have lived behind this church for a year and am being forced out of my home due to their selfishness and noncooperation. First complaint is their dumpster, which is infested by rats. The rats have made their way down to my neighborhood. The church did nothing about the rats or their dumpster, despite me pleading with them for months. They actually told me they did not know what to do and asked me for input!! I told them they needed to move their dumpster away from a community of homes and they told me that would not be in their best interest. Trash is also released from the dumpster and blown down to my yard. I have had to clean up nips, food waste, wrappers, and used female hygiene products. When I spoke to the church about this I was told there is nothing that they can do if the squirrels are getting into the dumpster and spreading trash. Next, the homeless population. Very nice that they feed the homeless, but can you please take control of the actions of the individuals you invite onto your property? The homeless stand around outside smoking cigarettes and marijuana. They then throw the remains down to my home. All I can smell is smoke. I can't even open my windows. I have also complained to the church about this. I asked if they could move their smoking area further away from the community. They told me that they have told the smokers not to throw their cigarette butts down. They never relocated their smoking area, and I continue to pick up cigarette butts from my yard. The individuals who stand outside also have inappropriate conversations sprinkled with profanity. I never expected such behavior from a church. So, thank you, First Parish of Waltham, for forcing this single mother out of her home because you have made the living conditions disgusting and unbearable. Your responses to these issues...
