Absolutely Asia — Restaurant in Waltham

I recently dined at this restaurant that left much to be desired in terms of service and quality. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming, and the staff's demeanor was unfriendly. Throughout the meal, I couldn't shake the feeling of being watched, which made for a discomforting experience. To add insult to injury, when I ordered a bottle of ginger ale, I was served one that was clearly expired. Absolutely Asia is absolutely delicious! The customer service is always on target, is good is always hot, fresh and tasty! I can't have too much sodium, and I find their fried rice to be less salty and more flavorful than most other Asian restaurants! My husband is a huge fan of their beef teriyaki. Placed order at roughly 7:30pm (1 hour ETA). Around 8:30pm I called the restaurant and a gentlemen said first that he couldn’t find the order. He then suddenly found it and says it’s almost done and out the door. Fast forward to 9:30pm, still no food or call. I call again and the same gentlemen very nonchalantly says “oh yeah it just left, he should be there in 10 min” then hangs up.

A little over 2 hours to get food and not a care in the world from the person answering the phone.

Absolutely No Customer Service. Absolutely No Urgency.
