If I could give zero stars, I would. This experience was beyond disappointing. My wife placed a birthday cake order on Saturday to be picked up Monday. She even sent a confirmation message, and the staff wrote it down. But when I arrived today—on my birthday—the order was nowhere to be found.

They claimed they “found it” after I’d already waited over 40 minutes, only to rush and make it on the spot. And even then, the cake didn’t match our original request. This wasn’t just a minor inconvenience—it completely disrupted my day.

Birthdays are supposed to be joyful. Instead, I left frustrated, upset, and without the cake we thoughtfully planned ahead for. I won’t be coming back, and I certainly won’t be recommending this place to anyone.

You messed up my day. That sucks.

And to top it off—the cake wasn’t even packed. I had to carry it home uncovered, holding it in my hands like a joke. It didn’t match our request, and the whole experience was careless...

I had a great experience ordering from this place for my baby showers! I had two baby showers, and I ordered a cake with different flavors for both of them.

My first cake was one floor, for 25 people, and had a Strawberry flavor. It tasted amazing, the cake was bigger than I expected, and they designed it as the baby shower invitation. I love the blush color and the Teddy bear with so many details they wanted to add.

My second cake was two floors, for 30 people, and Dulce de Leche flavor. So tasteful! Not too sweet, just great. They also decorated as I asked, similar to my party theme. Extra details were added from their side, more than I expected.

I ordered my sons first birthday cake a week in advanced and when we went to pick it up they didn’t have the order. Apparently they lost the order. I was so furious that they literally just didn’t have the cake done. Telling us they could have it done by 6pm (we were supposed to have it at 4pm) , so we gave them a second chance since the birthday was the NEXT DAY and nobody else would obviously be able to make the theme cake we wanted! Took until about 7pm for the cake to actually be done and although it was fine once we got the cake we will never go there again and definitely not recommend them. How can you lose an order for a baby’s 1st...
