It's a coffee and gift shop, not a feed store! I went in for 6 bags of grain as we often do there. Per usual, I went in back to pick up the feed and no one offered to help. I then had to navigate their flatbed cart, which does not steer well, through super close racks and shelves of gift/clothing displays. I parked at the checkout counter and had to go to the coffee area to wait for one of the TWO employees who were making $5 coffee for a few customers. When I was finally rung up, my total came to over $115 (23 times the price of a coffee!) Again, the employees did not offer to take my items outside or help me load my vehicle (I'm a woman and could use the help). Next I had to navigate the unwieldy cart through the rest of the displays in the middle and sides of the aisle to the door. The coffee patrons had parked right at the front doors, one's bumper was actually over the sidewalk at the automatic door! I had to carefully creep 300lbs of feed on the shifty cart through their cars. (By the way, there is no handicap area at the front door, lazy able-bodied people can practically pull a car into the store!) I couldn't take the cart down the side walks along the building because two giant flowerpots blocked the sidewalks next to the front door. As I made my way behind the coffee patron cars towards mine, I was nearly clipped by a police squad pulling in (there is no room for carts and humans in their parking lot). Finally, by myself, I loaded 300lbs of feed into my vehicle. WHAT A COMPLETE HASSLE! If you want a coffee, I guess go here. If you want to buy feed or related farm items, go to TSC or Fleet Farm! Save yourself the headache, the time, and maybe even get help with your $115...
Read moreSome of these cranky reviews are honestly a bit comical because the truth is, anything you need here, all you have to do is ask. Help loading your car? Just ask. Need a bag? Just ask. Can’t find what you came for? Just ask.
Staff is helpful, kind, willing, and good at their jobs. They have several rewards systems that stay saving me money while allowing me to support a local small business, as well as feed my animals quality food and treats. I recently adopted an old cat who was severely underweight. She will only eat the wet food that I find here. I love shopping their clearance aisle for dog treats as my senior dog will go on a hunger strike if I don’t add a few treats to her meals. The coffee is always good, and always fresh! My kids LOVE the donuts, and the breakfast sandwiches and burritos are to die for! I also did some of my Christmas shopping here this last year, and I love the variety of high quality offerings they have. Nothing chintzy or cheap to be found!! Oh and the baristas have learned my name
Read moreWe visit every weekend to grab coffee, along with some treats and toys for our dogs. The morning staff is always incredibly friendly, and while I’m not sure of their names, there’s a blonde girl who is always so kind and engaging, as well as a boy with brown hair who is always warm and welcoming. The coffee is consistently excellent and reasonably priced. We would choose this coffee shop and its amazing staff over any chain any day. Thank you all for always making us...
