There was 5 of us and the bar tender and owner picked a fight with each one of us for different reasons. Instead of telling you our 5 individual stories, I'll just let you know what not to do... Dont ask if a ceiling fan can be turned down. Don't ask why you where given fries instead of chips. don't expect water or napkins at the table. Don't count on the wait staff to read the ticket that they had us fill out for the order. Don't think that they won't talk about your party negatively with other patrones. Don't think you'll get a reasonable response about the check being wrong. Don't try to apologize to the owner for any misunderstandings and think it might make things better. They claim to have the best pizza in walworth County, so naturally, we had to go try it. That's all we ordered, pizza. So i can not speak about the rest of the food. The pizza was on the disappointed side. Service, they do not take orders from the tables. You have to go up to the bar to order. The only thing they do, the cook delivers the food to the table. My policy is if I stand at the counter to place my order, I dont tip. If I dont get table service, I dont tip. Both applied. The staff here is friendly and professional. Ordered their Bacon Bleu Burger and The Cruise Inn Burger with sweet potato fries. Really good burgers! Flame grilled just right. Asked for medium, and they were. Good selection of beef with the right grind. Good taste and texture. Buns were toasted with butter and fresh tomato, onion, lettuce, and crunchy pickle.
