American Pizza & Grill — Restaurant in Wareham

Absolutely horrible service I've been there 4 times has not made my sub right once. I made a review about this before he called me and told me and promised me it would never happen again. And he understood why I was upset. Because of hisStrong attempt to make everything right again I erase the review. And then this time I decided to try that 1 More time but Once again not sure if it is A Barrier of English or not I asked for a cold Italian with everything on it and I repeated myself cold 3 times because the guy that was taking my order was not typing it in right The guy that was ringing me in taking my money with his bare hands goes in the back and makes me my sub when he gives it to me it was warm I asked him if he toasted that he said Yelp definitely I looked at him and said man that's not he took the sub wet in the back opened it up and with his bare hands was transferring the warm meat onto a different piece of cold bread. I told him I didn't want it and I wanted my money back they proceeded to look at me and smile and tell me nothing wrong nothing wrong why why after I explained it to him everybody was just telling me that they were going to remake it I demanded my money backI do not recommend this...

First if we could give it no stars or negative stars we would. My husband and I went here 2 days ago for a quick bite. There were only 3 other people in the place. The woman that took our order was nice. I ordered a Chicken Caesar Salad and my husband had Fish and Chips. From where I was sitting I could see our food being prepared. First mistake. One of the cooks had only one glove on yet he was using both hands to make our food. In between waiting for things to be cooked he would be hanging on the grill vent with both hands (who knows if/when that was cleaned) then he would use the same hands to touch my food. My husband had Haddock (the fish was yellow not white ) so we are thinking dogfish or shark. Not a place we will...

I've been going here for at least 3 years and the quality has fallen off a cliff. Every time I walk in to pick up an order, I feel like they want to spit in my face. The customer service is nonexistent and no smiles or pleasantries to speak of. The pizza has become a greasy mess comparable to the larger chains and why I stopped going to them as well. My most recent order was made hours before pickup which was described at the time of the order. I picked up several cold pizzas and the grease had hardened. I arrived 10 minutes early too. They were disgusting. I'm looking elsewhere. These small places are a dime a dozen in every town in this area so there's no reason to return when the customer service and food...
