They gave our cookies away without checking the boxes. So this is the second time this has happened. The first time I feel like I was in the right being very nice I even tipped them extra because I have also worked in the food industry and I understand things happen and it was really busy that day and they had already encountered very mean customers in front of me. But tonight was completely different. We ordered at the KIOSK and went to sit outside for a few minutes to sit while we waited and about 5-10 minutes later I go in and see our name isnât on the board so I ask where our cookies are and she asks the name and I tell her and she says no , is it under another name and I say my name and she says thereâs one here under name/different last name and it has one cookie in the order. I say no. And she laughs and says well thatâs it. I tell her we literally entered not that long ago and ordered it on the kiosk. She asks what the name is again and I tell her and she asks me what is in the order and I tell her that as well. She goes oh here it is and then makes it. She comes up to the counter with it with a HUGE attitude saying we need to say here on the app for it to be made which is not true. Iâve ordered at other crumbls on the kiosk and I have NEVER been asked to say here because I ordered it here. On the app yes. Not in the store. I would have let it go had she not been so difficult and rude. I donât believe I should treated this way when it was...
Read moreOverhyped and underwhelming. Crumblâs been here for a year, and itâs basically a one-trick pony: giant cookies loaded with sugar, barely baked through, and all starting to taste the same. If you like eating frosting with a spoon, maybe itâs your thing â but itâs not quality baking.
Now that JoJoâs Bakery just opened a few months ago, the difference is clear. JoJoâs feels like a real bakery â fresh ingredients, made-from-scratch items, and actual care put into what they serve.
Itâs sad to see people line up for a chain when a local business right down the road is working twice as hard to bring something meaningful to the community.
Crumbl is a 1-star place riding on a viral moment. If you want real baked goods, skip the gimmicks and...
Read moreI never heard of Crumbl before. However one just opened down the street. I figured I would give them a try. I got the box of 6 doughnuts. One lemon, 2 brownie, and 3 chocolate chip. The cookies are HUGE! My younger 2 kids had the brownie cookie and they each finished the entire cookie. My daughter gave it 2 thumbs up and said it was "delicious!" Judging by my sons chocolate covered face, I think he liked it. My older son and I had the chocolate chip cookie. Wow! So good. Lots of chocolate chips and the cookie was soft. I couldn't finish all of it. But it was so yummy. I will definitely be back. Oh and I have no review on the lemon one because my husband didn't eat it yet. I'll try to come back and update. However, I have a feeling...
