Dunkin' — Restaurant in Wareham

i WANT to like this Dunkin because it’s the closest one to my house but it is literally the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to in my life. They try to rush you through the line and in the process mess up every single part of your order. I worked at Dunkin for years and I know first hand it is NOT that hard to just simply get people’s orders correct and not be rude to customers. If the coffee is dripping everywhere before you even hand it to the customer it probably has a defective lid and you should not be lazy and get a new one. There’s no reason I should have to turn around and go home when I’m already on my way to work to change my shirt because the Dunkin workers can’t properly put a lid on a coffee. I’ve given this store countless chances and everytime I’m more and more disappointed with the terrible customer service, lack of effort, and honestly the food tastes like cleaning productsSomething needs to be done about...

Needs new employees. The woman manager is one of the most rude people I've ever encountered. At one time she became very sarcastic to me when they messed my food and coffee up twice. Today I went and no one made my coffee after I paid, they brought my food and left me there waiting. Then came back to window after a few minutes. And asked what did I want? I said my coffee? Which no one had made. Then they didnt even make it right... and i didn't go back cause im sick of having my coffee remade just to not be right again.... The Dunkin' Donuts in Hyannis off of Willow Street near where they built the new railroad lights, the Manager and the staff couldn't be more pleasant it's unfortunate that where it's all operated under the same franchise that the franchisees allow some of their other establishments to be operated with less than guest service friendly team members. Also wanted to note that the Dunkin' Donuts in Hyannis at the lights I believe it's Falmouth road just past the Cape Cod Mall there's a young lady that works there that is very nice very professional no matter how long the line is every guest gets greeted with the smile and a thank you and she makes the best caramel macchiato manager also very nice at this...
