We tried this place a few years ago and we were less than pleased and decided to give them a 2nd chance last night. A few years ago, we ordered the white pizza & it was grotesque. Most white pizzas come with an alfredo sauce base with white cheeses like mozzarella, feta, etc. This pizza was JUST ricotta cheese. You could have just bought ricotta cheese from the store & eaten it with a spoon. 🤢 So, last night we decided to give them a 2nd chance. We ended up not making a purchase at all due to their limited menu options for children. We have a 2yr old who doesn't eat meat. They do not sell cheese sticks or cheese bread. They do not sell cheese slices after 4pm and do not have a kids menu. It was suggested to me to get her chicken fingers since "all kids like chicken fingers." Again, I have a child who has never eaten chicken or meat. Then, it was suggested that I purchase a separate whole cheese pizza for a child, which is absurd when we could have been accommodated with just one slice of cheese pizza. We took our business elsewhere and will likely not give this establishment a 3rd chance.
EDIT: Since I'm not able to reply to the owners rude reply: I was in the process of placing my order online and was not able to find cheese bread sticks or anything comparable so, I called the restaurant to verify products available. The guy who answered the phone failed to mention any cheese pasta or any other products our child could eat after I told him our dilemma. This isn't a ME issue, dear owner. This is a training issue with your staff and their inherently ill-informed knowledge of menu items. Had I been offered cheese pasta, I would have accepted. However, I was offered chicken strips to a vegetarian child OR the option to purchase a whole cheese pizza for a 2yr old. So, hopefully you will take your misdirected energy towards me & apply it to...
Read moreThis place sent me and my wife some coupons. I tried ordering online but the coupons can't be redeemed there, I then tried calling in as well, but the coupons can't be redeemed over call. They can only be redeemed in person, which it does NOT say on the coupons. We ended up ordering a large green giant over the phone. We told them we wanted to pay in cash, but they said they use door dash for delivery, so can't accept cash, and need a card. The food arrived about 30 minutes later. The portions were fair, and the pizza was okay. I hate door dash, and I hate that I had to give out my card to the person working there over the phone just to place the order. We had leftovers heated up the next day and the pizzas were soggy and soft, not good left over. Overall, we'll never return here because the food was not good enough to justify the price, or offset having to use door dash as delivery. We hate door dash because they always provide horrible service, both delivery and customer service for disputes, and the delivery drivers almost always steal something or complain that a 10 dollar tip on a 20 dollar order is not enough. Until they offer in house delivery, and the pizza improves, we won't be headed back.
Edit: I wanted to note in my review that the manager reached out to me after I initially posted this, and was very friendly and professional about the situation. They asked what they could do better, and I told them that door dash was my biggest gripe with the service. I was happy to hear them reach out to me and try to make things right, and for that I wanted to improve my rating because that shows they do care about their customers. I cant give them 5 stars as long as they use door dash, but I am immediately more satisfied with their...
Read more1st time customer...Ordered a Calzone and Cheesesticks. $25.00......I forgot to ask for ranch when I placed the order but called back a few minutes later and asked if I could get 2 cups of ranch with my order. Then asked how I would like to pay for said ranch. Cash or cancel charge and re-run it. I thought to myself, wow I just paid good money for my order and their customer service is so non-existent that they charge $1.07 for a cup of ranch. So being annoyed with that bit of info, I said nevermind. The girl who delivered my food was very nice so I didn't take my frustration out on her and gave her the tip she deserved which is why I declined the ranch.(all cash i had) I did kindly mention that this better be the best Calzone I have ever eaten. Well, it was not! It was ok but I had to think to myself that surely it was a coincidence that I had jalapeños in my calzone for which I did not order all because I declined to pay for ranch. For $25 and a $4 tip to driver (I live 1 mile away) I could have gone to a restaurant and been served a steak meal for less and I am sure the ranch is on the house. Good grief. I recommend the business rent or order the video, "Give them the pickle". You may learn something about customer service. Oh yeah, thank the chef for adding jalapeños to my order, I didn't even get...
