Saigon Noodle House — Restaurant in Warner Robins

I have always enjoyed the food although it doesn't heat up well at all...so don't overr-order and decide to heat it up the next day because it tastes very different.. Ah yes, the service.......lord help them. The older guy runing the counter has a chip on his shoulder. DONT DARE ASK HIM FOR ANY ADDITONAL SAUCE WITH YOUR ORDER OR HE WILL LITERALLY THROW HIS HANDS UP IN DISGUST.(even when I offered to pay.for it...I actually asked him before I received my total...I said I would like to add to my order....... ) Twice he did this to me ...and now, never again. I asked him if he was going to be ok after such a childish display...I did not want him 'passing out' over such a ridiculous demand from me. I have dined in and ordered take-out on several occasions...and 'his antics' happened on more than one occasion. Anyway, I will never be back even though it is so close to my home....

Been eating here for almost 15-years, food has always been good, prices have gone up significantly like everywhere else. The owner has always seemed a bit rigid, but has run a good business. He typically employs only family members because he feels he cannot count on other labor sources which might impact the servers lack of enthusiasm. My greatest complaint with this, and almost every any restaurant these days (since the pandemic?) and why I no longer dine anywhere as often is lack of cleanliness: if the front door glass and windows are dirty, the floor under tables has unswept debris, condiment bottles are sticky, and bathroom is nasty then you wonder about the condition of the food preparation area. Close for a deep cleaning and request a bathroom remodel from...

Today I visited the Vietnamese restaurant Saigon Bowl.

The inside of the restaurant looks amazing—very clean, modern, and welcoming. There’s plenty of parking available, and it felt family-friendly overall.

I would suggest adding a little background music to help create a more comfortable ambiance, as it felt a bit quiet.

Unfortunately, my experience with the food wasn’t the best. The meat in our dish was raw, which made the meal unpleasant. It also made my wife uncomfortable when someone from the kitchen came out several times to check on us—it felt a bit odd and intrusive.

The prices were on the higher side for the portion sizes we received.

Great potential in the atmosphere, but there’s room for improvement in both food quality and service...
