I have ordered Pizza from this Marco's pizza location plenty of times in the past but the past couple of times I am not sure if they changed managers, staff or what they did because the customer service from the staff including the manager have been an issue they act like they don't care if your pizza is perfect or not right. I'll give a you example yesterday I ordered a large pizza with cheese hamburger with light sauce when I received the pizza the girl who did the order had a large pizza with cheese burger and onions when I checked the pizza I told the girl that my pizza is messed up so she just looked at me like I did something wrong or said something wrong to her and the manager got an attitude with everybody about how some of the pizza's are turning out.
How's the service here from the staff you can always listen to how the manager goes at it with their staff members when something goes wrong. Like yesterday one of the managers got in a argument with one of the other employees and they kept telling each other to shut up and one of the managers told both of them to shut up. Just to remember guys and ladies work there there's a time a place to discuss issues, concerns and problems after work or during your break time to find solutions to each others issues instead of doing it infront of customers and other staff members at work.
How is the parking here? It's hard to find a parking spot with the other place of businesses open. At night the location is less busy with plenty of parking spots open.
If I have to give a customer advice to the staff here...I would say leave the attitude at home, just relax, work with your staff team mates so you can get the job done instead of being bossy, taking it out on other members of your staff because something goes...

And today has been the worst experience I have ever had although I've had issues with a couple of orders but never anything like this. To begin with we ordered lemon pepper wings 2 15 piece that is usually around $50.00. And I do not have a problem paying whatever it cost. But the first order of wings came to us hot but burnt to the point that the skin is black so I called the store and spoke to a lady there that said she is the manager. So I explained it to her and she offered to remake the order and I was fine with that. I asked if she wanted me to return the order we already received and she said that was not necessary. Sothe delivery driver just brought the second order and honest to god they are burnt as bad or worse than the original order. AndI specifically asked the manager to check the wings before they delivered them. NowI have 60 wings that will go in the trash because of how they are cooked. Andthere's absolutely no way that the manager looked at this order to make sure they are not burnt I don't know about others but I like to taste the seasoning not burnt charcoal that the crust has been cooked to.im sorry but I think the cook needs to be taught how to cook or someone else needs to start cooking.    Read moreThis is a review on poor customer service. Food is good, customer service sucks. Ordered a takeout order on a Friday evening for all of $20 so not a huge order. Drove to the store. The app said my order was ready. I went inside, it took 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged me, even then I just had to speak up to ask about my order. They looked and said it wasn't ready, told me it will be ready in a few minutes. I asked a few more times over the next 20 minutes. I got the same answer. I kept an eye on the take out rack the entire time, I know what my order looks like, I get the same thing every time. Finally after I was the last person in the store and waiting 35 minutes the counter lady said it was ready. The reason for the one star... It was on the rack the entire time. But nothing was together, it was all over the place on the rack. It was 4 items, they were all in a different place. The amount of times I asked if my order was ready, they could have actually looked instead of just saying no. I ended up with cold pizza, like box cool to the touch on the bottom and all.
