Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Warner Robins

Great place for iced coffee and WAS budget friendly to avoid going to Starbucks. When they first opened small drinks were around $4.65 but raised the price up a dollar. Most of the staff are teens so you can guess where Im going with that. I'm not sure if they're being properly trained but I think they were in a rush when it first opened (Not the employees). It feels like most of them didn't get the proper training before opening which I noticed LOTS of mistakes with messed up orders or missing items and such but that's expected to happen when you don't train your staff so I don't blame them at all. I believe the first time me and my mother went there when they first opened we received the wrong order and they requested for the drink back. Usually if you get the wrong order you can keep it as a freebie right? Also the things I think they do need to work on is remembering to ask customers if they need napkins lol. Small issue but im sure it can help the impact. Also making sure to wipe down the drink before giving it to a customer so it's not all sticky. My main issue is the entrance way to drive into the area. There should be some type of remodeling. It's such a small and tight space to squeeze into for other cars entering...

Decided to try this place since it was new. Downloaded the app and ordered online. When I got to the drive through the girl on the intercom was VERY friendly but that’s where the pleasant experience ended. I order their new match strawberry blossom drink and they had to ask me 3 different time what my order was. When I finally got it, it was terrible. The matcha powder was not mixed properly and floating around in chunks. It also tasted terrible. Maybe I should have asked what was in it, cause there was definitely something in it I didn’t like the taste of, but I can’t fault them for me not liking the taste. I can’t fault them for not bothering to prepare the order properly though.

I did notice that, a lot like 7brew, it’s mostly children working there. I did not see a single adult the entire time I was there which was about 20 mins sitting in the drive thru. I’m sure they’re nice kids but it would be nice if there was some adult supervision to ensure the products are being put out properly and that standards are being met. People are paying for...

Service was awesome! Alex the owner was kindly chatting with guests as we waited in the drive thru line. He was very cool and seems to really care about customers and service. It felt like taking to a friend or cousin lol. I ordered the bacon breakfast sandwich, Latte, bottled water, and blueberry muffin but I probably won’t be getting the sandwich again…it was a little too cheesy. I will try the burrito next time. The person at the window was pretty friendly as well. The small landscape is pretty nice and could be a good space for some picnic tables but there isn’t parking other than the one handicap in the front. The wait is to be expected!
