Ordered over the phone for pickup one day to get food for 2. Was told it would be 30 min. And ready for pickup. Multiple Waitr drivers would drive up and easily get there food and leave. We sat there for an Hour and a half before I had to walk up and ask where my food was, after finally losing my patience. They said that my order would be ready momentarily, that they are starting it. Really just now starting. After receiving it, it was cold and not even any good. Tried one more time to order from here, this time through waitr. It was quick, took 45 min. My wife had ordered the shrimp boil with just potatoes and no sausage. Well of course it wasn’t right and came with sausage and minimal potatoes. My flounder was not flounder that I ordered but tiliapia. I even put in that I needed tarter and cocktail sauce, but neither of those were provided overall, service is rude and poor. And the food quality is not great...

I called my order in for pick up for a family of 4. The lady said it would be 15 to 20 minutes. I wait at my house for a little while before leaving. I get there and food is not ready. One of those "Waitr" app people are there to pick up food. They get their food and leaves. They get their food and leave. A lady comes in and orders for a family of 4. 2 more of those Waitr app people come in and picks up and leaves. The first Waitr app person that was there at the beginning comes back and picks up more food and leaves. I'm still waiting!!!! The person that came in after me and ordered gor a family of 4 gets her food. FINALLY I get mine!!! It only took an hour, not the 15 to 20 minutes like the girl told me on the phone!!! I guess if you order through Waitr, you get first priority there....and screw the people that called in themselves to order and pick up!!!!! I will never go to that...

When I arrived the back door was wide open and easily 100 degrees in the place. I approached the counter where a young lady and a teen were supposedly taking orders. The young lady was eyeballs deep in a pad and the teen was talking to the guys in the kitchen. I got their attention and placed my order. I was told it would be 15 minutes. I went back out to my vehicle and returned in 15 minutes. I approached the counter and asked if my order was ready. I was told that it wasn't. I waited another 10 minutes and asked if my order was ready. The teen asked my name I told him and he says, this is your order here ....... the plate that had been sitting on the counter since my return. SMH. The food was good, but the service was as bad as it can get. First and last time they...
