Horrible experience!! I was visiting from out of town and dined at the Resturant. The following morning I reviewed my account and realized they charged me for someone else’s bill and it was a charge of over $20 more then authorized. I was suppose to leave in the early am but decided to wait until they opened to get the transaction reversed or refunded. I waited 30 minutes for a manager to arrive. After another 30 minutes Brittney the manager couldn’t figure out what happened. She didn’t even offer any reassurance that everything would be ok or any type of compensation for my troubles. She also won’t refund or release the authorization. When first communicating with Brittney the “manager” she was very snappy and offered no solution and only apologized in our last conversation after 3 hours of back and fourth, never once in person. Stated the waitress Sarah must of swiped your card for the wrong bill like that’s acceptable. Like taking money out of my account without authorization or saying you made a mistake at the time without comminucating this to the is ok! After no resolve I had to get on the road, after hours of communicating with my bank, Warner Robins mellow mushroom location and corporate office in Atlanta there was still no resolve. I just decided to file a fraud claim since I DID NOT authorize this transaction. I will never patronize any Mellow Mushroom location again. One sour apple “poor customer service” ruined the bunch.

Brittanie said owner as I was told you were a manager. I’m sure your organization gets approached with multiple scams, as a business owner myself I understand. At the end of the day your poor customer service skill rendered is the reason for this review. Choice in energy and attitude makes a big different in customer relations and the out come. I hope you will learn for this experience and in your first line of communication with your patrons you will start by saying I apologize for any inconvenience and we will do everything on our end to make sure everything is rectified! Very simple to offer a patron reassurance when it come to a “mistake” on your companies end. It’s worse now because your the owner which means you have the authority to correct the issue! Not having a snappy attitude when addressing a customers concern for poor service and “mistakes” not communicated to the customer by the service that “accidentally” over charged my card. As a business owner I understand mistakes happen and it’s my job as the owner to make sure my customers are taken care of and don’t feel like they are being taken advantage of or “scammed” out of unauthrorized transactions by my employees. Read moreI wouldn't say this location was quite good compared to other Mellow Mushrooms in Florida that I've been to in the past and never had any issues with those locations. Here's why I gave this Mellow Mushroom location a low star rating is due to the quality of service from the staff like for an example my mother's cobb salad had feta cheese all over it and my caesar salad didn't have much of any salad dressing just had the salad, some croutons and rest was cheese all over it.
The service from the staff was hit and miss the waitress came by only twice to check on everything then no one came back except to drop off the bill in which they didn't tell anyone they charge a percentage fee over the bill cost. They need to tell their customers/guest about percentage fee they charge when paying by debit/credit card.
For what the bill cost $70 dollars for four people I would expect better service and better quality of food taste. The sweet tea tasted waterdown and same with the unsweet tea my mother and I wasn't offered anything else in place of our drinks. If someone pays for this high of a price for a group of four people or more the customer/guests would expect to get better outcome on how the food taste and same with drinks.
I've been to other pizza restaurants around the states I know what pizza and salads are suppose to taste like but this pizza and salad should never have been served to a customer greasy, over powering on the sauce when the pizza was suppose to be light sauce.
Keep in mind if you have a children/kids and you get seated at a table close to the bar just be careful the language from the guest does get nasty like our experience and the management and bartender was allowing the people to continue on with the foul language nobody wants to hear it.

Read moreThe food tasted well, however, the service is terrible! The owners do not care about how slow their service is nor do they assist their employees when there is a "rush" or large group. We had a group of 16 and it literally took 1hr and 42min (we timed them) to receive our food and still did not get served everything that was ordered.
Our server-Riley-was OUTSTANDING and did everything she could to meet our needs, however, there were only 2 servers working, 1 behind the counter (to include the wife of the paired owners), 2 cooks, 1 stocker who worked alongside the husband of the paired owners. The 2 servers had to make the tea, bus the tables, seat the customers, wait on the customers-to include taking of the order for food & drinks, refill drinks, and provide the final bill-run/deliver the food orders to the tables, handle any customer complaints, and roll the silverware. Meanwhile the wife of the paired owners, stood behind the counter with the other young lady and placed silverware in the food, such as a knife for a calzone or a pie server for a pizza, before the servers had to run/deliver the orders. The other young lady just took phone orders and put together pizza boxes.
When I approached the husband of the pair regarding his service-of course I waited until he was done working with the stocker on ordering future items-neither him nor his wife seemed to truly care about the lack of staffing and interaction they had with their employees for assistance or training needs. Based upon all of the reviews we read during our long wait, this is not the first time nor the last time this establishment has received a less than stellar review regarding their customer service.
