Shark's Fish & Chicken Chicago Style — Restaurant in Warner Robins

The food is always delicious, prepared quickly and served hot. I love that this business isn't a "fast food" restaurant and all meals are cooked to order. The fish is always fried to perfection; batter is a perfect combination of crispiness, sweet and savory. The cole slaw is perfectly balanced with an even cabbage to dressing ratio. The french fries are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and well seasoned. The hush puppies are also fried to a nice color and are moist. We've had the pleasure of tasting almost all of their menu items and this business has never disappointed our palates. All of the fried dishes taste "clean" and doesn't taste like other dishes (some restaurants use the same oil to cook their menu items) and there is plenty of parking in the front and back of the restaurant. The staff is friendly, courteous and accommodating; not stingy with condiments and performs follow-up calls to let you know your order(s) are ready for pick-up. Horrible Customer Service and they don’t deserve any stars. My family and I have ate here for years and ordered food for large events.We are from out of town. They usually call when your food is ready.They did not call.Which I have proof on my phone.They lied and said they called and while I was explaining to them that I did not receive a call and the lady got loud with me and hung up the phone in my face. I thought Sharks was different from other restaurants that’s why we ordered from here so much, but when you let any kind of people work for you I guess things like this happens. They need someone that answer the phone knows what they are doing and can speak where you understand what they are say. My husband had to call them back to find exactly how long it would be before it was ready. The person that took his order acted like she was just ready to get off the phone and he couldn’t understand what time it would be ready. He called back and the person that answered the phone let him know that it would be 20 minutes. The other person that told him it would be 4 to 5 minutes are maybe 45 minutes 🤷‍♀️ Oh and the sauce they put in those little cups was like ridiculous. It was half of a half maybe full.
