Terrible experience! Customer service was severely lacking. We had a younger female for our server, who seemed very uninterested in helping or taking care of us. She had the personality of a mop and not once was she friendly or attentive, and not once did she smile. They were kind of busy but we sat at the table for at least 15 mins before someone came to give us chips or to greet us. We waited about 20 mins from the time we sat down to receive our four drinks. Once we did finally get to order order, the food took a super long time (45-50 mins) for the food to come out, and we were only a table of 4. Once the 3 entrees came out, my food was still MIA. About 15 mins later, my fajitas came out, and the guy that was delivering them wouldn’t even set them down because they were so burnt! They were charred and black (the onions, the chicken, all of it) It stunk up the whole restaurant because they were still steaming on the way to the table. After waiting even longer now for my food, and the rest of my party being completely done eating, the young man finally returned with my food. However, at this point, we were all over EL Bronco entirely. My three guests were not a fan of their food. All of them had one issue or another with their dish (hard rice, mushy rice, flavorless, shrimp was fishy, etc), and we are not difficult or picky people! My fajitas ended up being okay, but nothing to brag about. The chips and salsa were decent (chips were fresh), but the salsa is very tomato-y, the guacamole was okay, the chimichangas were okay but no one cared for the sauce on top, etc. All in all, if the food would’ve been amazing, we would maybe give it another try, but we paid almost $70+ for a family of 4 to eat, with no alcoholic drinks or appetizers, and we all left disappointed and still hungry. Including the lack of care, lack of good customer service, lack of attentiveness, and quality of food, we won’t go back any time soon. I do not recommend. Spend your money and your...
Read moreokay let's be clear it is always okay to try new things or go to new places. This is what gives you experiences in life and some meaning to life for others. However this particular incident was when my family and I went to this restaurant. we found this restaurant when we visited out of town. Our waitress was amazing fun and kind. We had to leave her a big tip because it's hard to find good customer service. And let's be honest her job is hard. Anyway food was hot and on time. However the down part, was that we found 2 little bugs in our food.when we called the manager's on duty over to our table. We brought it to the manager's attention about the bugs. The only thing he stated was, as I quote "we can't control if bugs get into the kitchen"..🤔😏NOW friend's! 1 thing for sure and 2 things for certain That's not the best answer. Who would want to eat from an establishment that has bugs & does not apologize for having bugs in you're food, and or says we can't control it. this is a restaurant not the outside I try to be optimistic in every situation in life. However The lack of not caring is what did it for me !How nasty is that? ,please be advised to check your food if you ever enter or care to eat there. This is and was the last time we will ever eat there.SMH side note: we only could get a picture of one of the bugs but as follows you will see I'M...
Read moreI recently visited El Bronco Mexican Restaurant and overall, it was a pleasant experience with a few areas for improvement. The ambience was great warm, inviting, and reflective of authentic Mexican culture. The prices were reasonable, which added to the value of the experience. As for the food, it was fine, though there’s definitely room for enhancement in terms of flavor and presentation.
One of the main areas I would encourage the team to work on is speed of service and consistent communication. Our food took 28 minutes to arrive, which is quite unusual for a Mexican restaurant, where dishes are typically served more quickly. Even the chips and salsa usually a quick starter took longer than expected. While I did notice some staff members doing a great job with table touching and checking in with guests, our own waitress was absent multiple times throughout the visit, which made it difficult to get updates or ask for anything we needed.
That said, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, which left a positive impression. With some improvements to service efficiency and food quality, El Bronco has the potential to elevate the overall guest experience...
