Subway — Restaurant in Warr Acres

Ordered via app and went to pick up my food half an hour after opening. I got there and was told told to cancel the order on my end because they didn't have any bread at all. Unfortunately, I can't cancel via app. Was offered flatbread instead, but I'm not a fan. The last and only option was to come back in half an hour when bread would be ready. So I drive away empty handed and come back half hour later for my food. The manager has it ready on the counter for me. Didn't even offer a drink, cookie, nor anything for the time and gas wasted.
