I had an absolutely fantastic experience dining at the hotel restaurant! The high quality of the food, which exceeded my expectations, pleasantly surprised me. The gourmet-style cooking was genuinely outstanding, and the unique and delicious flavors of the dishes blew me away. The cozy and inviting atmosphere of the restaurant, which had clearly undergone recent renovations, also impressed me. The service was impeccable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout the meal. Every bite of food was an absolute delight, with fantastic flavors and presentations that rivaled even the most expensive restaurants. After a cozy and inviting dinner at Tap & Bitters, nestled within the Somerset Hills Hotels, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, I have a few highlights to share. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making the experience quite pleasant. The menu, though not extensive, offered a decent selection. I opted for the Steak & Frites—while the taste was satisfactory, the beef could have been a tad more tender.

However, the real star of the evening was the Passion Fruit Margarita. Its refreshing and balanced taste added a delightful touch to the meal.

For a hotel restaurant, it's actual well above expected. The food selection is mediocre, but what they do serve actually taste pretty good. I have eaten here several times and have had a Kobe Burger, Fish and Chips and Chicken Entree. While they will not blow you away with how it is plated, all of my meals did taste delicious.

They do have an excellent beer selection for the area, so you can get a variety of beers to try. On top of that, the service is actually quick and pleasant.
