Burger King — Restaurant in Warren

Drive thru sucks..2 cars were told to pull ahead..I was the 3rd car..simple order ..2 junior whoppers minus onion and 2 small fries extra ketchup..first car waitin about 15 minutes...finally got order...2nd car finally got theirs ..10 minutes later .. I ,was asked to pull ahead and wait..no problem..I understood they were busy..so I waited an extra 15 minutes..while other customers were leavin because they could not wait..now comes the fun.The first 2 cars that were ahead of me brought their Orders back. Come to find out..the car ahead of them left..even though he paid ...he decided to leave ..which. only caused more confusion..lol..meaning they were one Car behind..their had to be 15 people at the drive thru.. including Hungry children..screaming their orders out ..at the poor manager..Again more training..training..Oh yeah..decided to leave ..went across to Kentucky fried chicken[..and got a 3 piece..this is not the first time..We used to have a Burger king on Vandyke and 696..we used to go their on our lunch from Chrysler..you know why THEY closed...same scene..to bad..Know we drive an extra 3 miles..same scene..you want to know why they close...under staffed..poor quality...so turtle slow...you have closed 15 stores in a 20 mile stretch.I would definitely fire my Marketing and Managerial staff...you know what really sucks My 80s and 90s fan of Burger King..We beg them to make money and just bring a Good Burger back...you used to be the Pepsi and McDonald's used to be the coke...salvage yourselves ..while u still retain the name...you don't need analyst..you need an average American...with the same taste buds of the 1980s..I Will Promise You..it's worth Millions...forget flame broiled or microwaved..get that one person that can still remember the flavor..Please bring it back..trust me the American public is willing to...

Wouldn't even give this place one star if I had the option, first of all we usually go to this BK and havent had much problems until today. Tonight my fiance ordered us food to only get home from working a 10 hr shift outside in the heat to find they did not put his burger or fries in the bag. This wasnt a cheap meal either besides the point, he calls and immediately the lady accuses him of lying and stating she put the food in the bag after going back and forth that infact the food was not in the bag she told him I dont know what you want me to do for you...simple answer here....give him the food he paid for. Apparently that would of been too easy, instead she continued to argue and tell him she knows the food is in there and basically he is lying and on top of it the 2 other burgers we got we're absolutely disgusting and were swimming in mayo which we didnt even bother to bring up but I do have pictures. He asked for her name and the number to corporate she tried not giving her name until he persisted so he can call corporate. Long story short he went up there and had his meal replaced but only after being accused of being a liar and a thief because thats what he wanted to do after a long day of work. So I never go to Burger King and decided to stop by one night on my way home from work around 10:30pm. Since I've not been to BK anytime remotely recently I need a moment to look at the menu and said as much to the girl that greeted me at the drive thru speaker to which she replied "I'm like the only person in here so you gonna have to just place your order". I really normally would've probably just left at that point, but this was the only place open by my house and I didn't want to have to drive somewhere else. So, I just bit my tongue and told her I don't know the menu so I don't know what she wants me to do. I quickly found something that sounded good and ordered. I got the Italian combo which came out in a reasonable amount of time and was reasonably ok. A little small for the price in my opinion, but not awful. Really though the rest of the experience doesn't matter because the beginning ruined the entire thing. You don't tell a customer that says they need a moment that they have to just order. One thing is for sure I'll never go back to this location again as...
