We were visiting the area from out of town and staying in a hotel. Kids wanted kfc for dinner to try the new fries. We arrived around 8pm. Google says they don't close until 930. We tried to go in to order, as it says we can on the door but the door was locked and all the lights were off in the lobby. We got in the drive thru line and we were 3 back from the speaker. Once I was able to start placing my order I was told they couldn't fulfill what I was asking for because they had already shut down the fryers and would be closing. But remember this was 8pm and their website states they are open until 930. There is no indication anywhere online or at the location that states otherwise. I then had to modify my order so I could get enough food to feed my entire party (we had 6) with what they had available. My order was over $60. There was no other cars behind me when I got to the window yet they still made me pull around to the other side. I asked the young man that brought out the food two times if everything I ordered was in there. When we got back to our hotel room (2 miles away) and started looking at our order, we were missing things. Nothing big but enough to mess up our eating experience. I specifically asked for plates, napkins and silverware since we were in a hotel. I got plates only. I ordered and paid for extra gravy but got none. We ordered the $30 meal deal that comes with 1 gravy and I askedand paid for a 2nd because one is never enough. But yet I got zero. Then I got none of the dipping sauces I asked for and that comes with the popcorn chicken I ordered. Top that all off with the chicken wasn't even fresh. Mind you our room was only 2 miles away. No way our food became that cold in the short of a time. I attempted to call the store. It took 3 tries before someone would answer. Then the young man that was on the line wouldn't give the phone to a manager but only put it on speaker phone. Every question I asked him I could hear a female in the background responding and he was just repeating her. The only thing he could say was "well what do you want me to do about it?" So I asked what do you usually do for customers when you mess up their order. And he said well you can come in tomorrow and get a side of gravy since yours was missing. Ok what do you think I would do with a single side of gravy? They didn't even offer to refund the money that I spent for food I didn't receive. Then since it was old and cold half of it went into the trash. Its sad that my family as customers had our vacation dinner ruined by lazy employees. I could understand if I showed up 5 mins prior to closing but I was there 1.5 hours prior to closing. I do understand some places are closing early due to covid regulations for cleaning but every other business i have visited has the new hours posted so customers are aware. And it wasn't like they were closing early due to having no business. I was the 3rd car back from the speaker when I arrived. And there were 2 cars in front of that one. Then 2 more cars came while inwas waiting for them to bring my food after they made me pull around. They were plenty busy enough to stay open until their posted hours. I asked once again to speak to a manager and the was told they weren't available. I asked when I could speak to the store manager and they said maybe Monday after 2. Read moreWe ordered our meals through doordash, upon arrival I immediately seen the order was wrong, incorrect and missing items! We ordered a famous bowl and a popcorn chicken combo that comes with pop, a biscuit and a side, and I paid for 2 extra sides of honey mustard, I chose french fries as my side, they gave me mash potatoes, no biscuit and know dipping sauce at all!! Really, who is packing these orders, are they not able to read what the order is, or they simply do not care. I called the restraunt adjataited and reported this to who I thought was the manager, she said I could come there and it would be corrected, mind you I just paid and tipped to have this delivered, I expressed this, and what I heard was other employees in the background mocking and making comments about my calling. At that point I decided to just report the whole matter to corporate, I asked the manager for her name she would not reveal it to me and hung the phone up on me. I called back, she hung up on me again, I called back and another lady got on the phone (Jackie) explaing that she was the manager not the other woman, she apologized and said she would credit me on a future order, well, thank you Jackie but I will not be coming back! Although Jackie seemed sincere about my experience from getting my order wrong to rude and unprofessional employees, I don't trust that they take care or any pride in preparing and presenting fresh quality food, and seeing from other reviews it looks like they need to do a clean sweep, and hire some quality employees! I've been inside this location before, and unfortunately it is very noticable that most of the employees just don't want to be there, sometimes even seeming like the customer is a bother. Read moreThis is by far the worse kfc I have ever experienced. I recommend you drive the extra mile to go to another kfc if you want chicken. I had to wait 35 minutes fir a chicken sandwich. It wasn't crowded or busy either. The manager was rude and repeatedly told me I couldn't get a refund for my order that I hadn't even received. They held me hostage for 40 minutes, then when I finally received my food the order was wrong. First they told me it would be a 6 minute wait for the filet for my chicken sandwich. I pulled around and parked my car in front of the kfc, waited for 12 minutes!!! Finally decided to go in and ask about my food. They didn't even remember my order. The manager asked to see my receipt after I showed her my receipt she told me it would be a 4 minute wait!!! After going back and forth with her about getting my money back after she refused to give me my refund, she couldnt even be honest and tell me when my food will be ready. it took another 15 minutes so all in all I waited for a chicken sandwich for 40 minutes!! And it took the dishwasher to offer me a free drink. Then my order was wrong. I'll never go back to this kfc. I'm calling corporate to make a formal complaint. My experience here was completely unacceptable. I'm trying to warn all the citizens of warren.
