Dunkin' — Restaurant in Warren

I hold very mixed feelings on this Dunkin' Donuts. When I am not touching the potato head inappropriately I am usually entertaining myself by ordering a caramel signature latte with extra caramel and immediately sending myself into diabetic shock. The store is not very wheelchair accessible and when I brought my friend there I tried to push him and his wheelchair up the deceptively deep stairs and I dropped him. He subsequently died because of this.

Overall, I have had a fairly pleasant experience with Dunkin' Donuts, and if they smooth out some of those rough edges I think it could...

I frequent this location as it’s less than 1/2 a mile from my house. Location cleanliness is good. Staff is friendly and efficient. My main complaint is the lack of consistency with how much cream cheese is put on bagels. One day I’ll have enough for 3 bagels and the next not enough for my one bagel. Yesterday was the worst of all...if I could add the picture I would. There wasn’t even enough cream cheese to lightly cover half of my bagel. I didn’t realize til I was well on my way and had to stop at the Sip and Dip further up the road to purchase cream cheese in order to...

Last time going to Dunkin. After spending $200 a month for years today I was given my coffee 5/8 of the way filled because I wanted my ice coffee w/o ice. At $4 a piece I should be able to get it how I'd like it. People are tired of it. If you don't say no ice you get a cup filled with ice and 4 sips of coffee for $4. I used to say "less ice" but that doesn't work anymore. You will still get a half cup of ice.

*It's a corporate thing....I'm not knocking the staff. I've always been treated well here. It's unfortunate for the owners who IK care about customer loyalty....
