On June 24, 2025, I placed an order through the Jimmy John’s app order #36190851066347520 for a delivery at 11:45 a.m. The delivery time was given as 11:45 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., which fell during my lunch break. Apparently, the delivery driver told the company that he called me multiple times, but I had one missed call due to poor service at the pick-up area. I called back multiple times, but no one answered. I then called the store directly to speak to someone, who claimed that the driver said he had called multiple times and waited. However, I was standing at the front where deliveries are made before 11:50 a.m., so this was clearly a lie. They said they would call the driver again to make the delivery attempt. I decided to call the driver again to get an estimated time of arrival. He finally picked up and informed me that it would be 10 minutes. However, when I saw his vehicle at 12:31 p.m., he drove past the location for deliveries. I called again, and as I was letting him know that he passed the door. He became belligerent and so I asked if he had made a delivery to my job before because he had passed the door. I explained that he was at the wrong spot. As a result, I didn’t receive my food until after 12:30 p.m. When I finally opened my order, I discovered that I had an incorrect order—no turkey on my turkey sandwich. I couldn’t speak with a manager because the employee claimed that a manager wasn’t there, only for the employee to want to offer me a $13 credit. I entered this establishment with my significant other after having pregnancy cravings for two days. Upon entry we were not greeted as the two workers were currently counting down a drawer. The establishment was completely empty aside from myself and my partner. The workers laughed and played while we waited patiently. My partner then in formed the workers that we are waiting and would like speedy service as Id been experiencing extreme nausea and could not stand for much longer. The worker was rude and told us to wait.
After about 10 minutes the cashier began taking my order and as I tried to speak she put her hand up as a gesture for me to stop talking. This infuriated me as I had done nothing to receive this treatment at an Establishment that I intended to spend my money.
When I finally received my order as I headed towards the door the manager screamed “DONT COME BACK” and proceeded to come from around the corner and approach us. She went on in an attempt to physically attack and provoke me and my partner as she wasn’t satisfied with how we were exiting the establishment. She followed us out of the restaurant and had to be physically restrained by her co worker. I had to put my unborn child in harms way to shield her from physically assaulting my partner.

She stated she is trying to clean up the store, and this is now one of her priorities - to correct the store's customer service attitudes. Time will tell, but as long as she keeps her word, this store should turn around quickly, and I will edit my review to reflect the updates!
I ordered 2 subs and a pickle. One sub and a pickle arrived AN HOUR LATER. I called the store when this happened, the manager verified my order and assured me that I would receive the missing sub. I waited another hour, and still had not received a correction. I called the store again, and asked for an update, since it's been two hours. I was hung up on. I called back, and the woman who answered said "the manager is busy so you're just gonna have to wait." When I asked how long I need to wait, she hung up on me again.
