Most McDonald's are the same... I never come to this one simply because I'm never in this area, but today I decided to stop and I instantly regretted it. The attitude in this store is simply out of control, from the top of the chain to the bottom. There is no reason why I should hear from the dining room an entire conversation about a drive thru (supposed) mistake. A lady was distraught because she believed items were missing from her order. Every person she interacted with was loud and rude. Whether or not you knew you placed the items in the bag, you should not be shouting at the top of your lungs that you're right and she's wrong. I work in a customer service based industry so I understand both sides. It is frustrating when customers come in and are dishonest for no other reason but to get free product, but she ultimately discovered it was in her other bag of food (she thought all sandwiches would be bagged separately from other food), and her mistake or not, she shouldn't have been given disrespect, whether or not she gave it too. You chose to be in customer service, and as such, you should put a smile on your face and bite that tongue. Rolling of the eyes are unnecessary and frankly, whoever runs this store, should be ashamed of their demeanor. I also experienced the attitude, and am completely disgusted at how that woman spoke to my 9 yr old daughter. Only other thing I would like to add is that I ordered dine in and they didn't bring us out food, bagged it all like it was to go with no receipts on the bags so we couldn't tell if it was ours or not. Shouting what is ordered is great if you're not dining in. We are seated with our tent number so honestly I was not paying attention to them yelling orders because they are supposed to deliver it to us. Once discovered that's what happened, I sent my daughter up to grab our food but she didn't know what was in each bag because nothing was labeled. She tried asking but just received attitude. I intervened, politely (even though I wanted to get her the woman's face like she did to my child), we got our food, but honestly, wish I could have just gotten a refund. McDonald's food is subpar, so really it's all about the environment to make the experience worth the trip, and without that, it's just...
Read moreMe and my girlfriend went to McDonald’s tonight to get there for me her and my mom the guy taking our order was rude and rushing us. I got to the window and I paid for my food. He told me to pull up to the second window to wait when he gave us our food. He didn’t give us our receipt. We were missing two drinks one of the fries were the wrong size they had no salt on them and some of the fries were literally burnt on top of my chicken nuggets. They didn’t even give me all 10 and multiple of the nuggets were overcooked. I pulled back around to tell the worker that my order was messed up. However, the car in front of me the worker wasn’t taking his order even after the car was hauling. He had to pull up to the window to order food there and I had an eat almost 5 minutes just to tell him my order was wrong and he. . However, the car in front of me the worker wasn’t taking his order even after the car was hauling. He had to pull up to the window to order food there and I had an eat almost 5 minutes just to tell him my order was wrong and he insisted that I was wrong and he didn’t mess up the order he didn’t give us the drinks that were part of the order he didn’t fix the issues with the fries or the Nuggets and I had to pay four dollars for two drinks just so we had drink with our meal We didn’t even get a receipt or anything. I asked if he had one and he said no sorry so on top of us, not getting the proper order in the missing drinks we had to pay even more to answer the fact that when my pregnant girlfriend eat her sandwich After the first bite, she knew something tasted wrong and not even a minute later she threw up that food she just ate normally I don’t have problems, but between the order being messed up and the worker being rude, it was unpleasant to say the least. I’m hoping I go in tomorrow after work I can get some sort of a refund or get...
