McDonald's — Restaurant in Warren

I have gone here tons of times, never had an issues until this one female that works at the cash register always messes up my order! I went early yesterday morning, and had breakfast with a friend of mine. I order 2 Sausage egg McMuffins for my friend and I, and a Caramel Frappè for myself, I see her go make the Frappè, and she just lets it sit for about 5 minutes, then Afterwards I receive it, and I realize that it is a Mocha Frappè, I go to the lady and say, this is Mocha not Caramel, she gives me a slight attitude and goes and remakes it. Then, I receive the sandwiches, I open mine up and my buddy does the same, and we both realize that they're ham, not Sausage, I go back up to the lady and say, these are ham, I asked for sausage. Once again, she gives me an attitude, I go sit down and eat my hash brown and a short time after, my sandwiches are done, and I go and get them. She says "Is this better? Here you go" and hands them to me. I believe that this employee is unfit to operate the cash register. My buddy has had issues in the past were he has had to repeat the word " Two small drinks" about Eight times to get it to her. Just be advised about this when you go to...

The only color that a business should find important is the color of money. I ordered two cheeseburgers and a large fry. Easy right? Not quite. Young lady gave me order wrong, and I tried to correct her, but she was overly confident it was just two burgers, and rather than seem pushy, I just took the order thinking it was two cheeseburgers and the person that too the other just got it wrong. No worries -- no fries.

Well, when I looked in the bag, it was no fries and no cheeseburgers. It was only dry hamburgers slammed in between two dry flat buns. So, when into the restaurant for a refund, and the manager claimed I had an attitude got asking, "I'd like my money back." I know what my attitude looks like, and that wasn't it.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with pico guacamole, but when I got home I opened the bag to find a quarter pounder with sriracha. I ain't even mad though, this is a good burger! I wouldn't get it again cuz I prefer chicken and my nose is running from the sriracha heat lol I called and let them know there was a mistake and that it was good anyway. The person on the phone laughed at my comment, but also offered the original sandwich I had ordered for free next time I go there... So, to the person who got my sandwich, I hope you liked my sandwich cuz I liked yours! 😂 P.S. I got 99 problems, but a burger ain't one!.. on a serious note, y'all are lucky I am nice and like trying new foods, so double check the order cuz I would hate for someone to be mean to you.
