McDonald's — Restaurant in Warren

This McDonald's is Terrible I took my 3 grand kids Here on wed may 11th At about 2:30 3:00 The manager was frazzled The drive Through line was long I dont mind that at all ..It was the hand-off of our food for me .the young lady handed me and my 2 ,3,&4 year old 5 drinks 4 slushies and a sweet tea.. no straws.And proceeds to go and make other orders. we wait 3-5 more minutes with Icy drinks melting even tho I had my fan blowing in the car. wed afternoon got pretty warm .I blow my horn to ask for straws. just my babies straws is what I was trying to ask for two young ladies look over at me and rolled there eyes no joke rolled them I was like wow so after I try for straws I wait 5 hole min more and The manager comes with this tiny bag and says have a nice day. still no straws and its not our food ..I say no that isn't are order she closes the window and say she said this not her order.. I'm like ok I'm not really in this type of mood .and so then The young lady who handed me my drinks still no straws comes to the window and says ..what was your order ? I try to hand her my receipt she doesn't reach for it she doesn't want it .I begin to recite our order .now mind u I'm still in the car with 3 toddlers with there fanta slushies sitting in the cup holder melting as they ask tons of questions .you can imagine. The young lady with Darker complexion with beaded braids closed the window yet again in the middle my telling her our order .opens it back up to ask where my drinks correct I say yes but I didn't get straws at all .she closed the window went and began to complain aloud that she asked the other young lady with a gray shirt and cap to just do a hand over.!! dang!! quote!! Then after a few more min she come to the window with food handed out 1st and then 4 straws.not 5 but 4 didn't apologize for any inconvenience as my Fanta Blue raspberry slushies are now almost water at the bottom.im trying to get my lil ones their drinks I'm so disappointed .I pulled over in the parking to feed my grandkids they are unhappy from the ugly experience. On September 3, 2024 , I visited this McDonalds a little bit after 7pm. We ordered 3 cokes and 2 pies. I noticed our drinks looked discolored. I explained to the Window assistant. She indicated the coke Machine was not working properly and offered us different drinks, We agreed that would be fine. As the Window cashier began making our drinks I noticed an African American black male maybe in his early 30’s light complexion he seemed to be a bit shorter than an average height male, He was a little on the thin side , he had something covering his head and chin I think, it kinda would remind you of a ski mask trying to fix the pop machine .Moreover I heard the cashier whom look like she had a Bad BBL surgery stating she just trying to do her 8hrs and go, She said it about 3 times while talking on the phone the entire time she was serving us with her butt job faced towards the window the entire time of service as if she suffers from attention deficit or wanted a compliment on her obvious BBL. Moreover I place the drinks that were discolored on the edge of the drive through window, The man with the head cover that looks like a Ski mask whose shorter than an average Man said to me you can keep those drinks, I responded there’s nothing I can do with them. He’s response was a pause with a evil stare at me then he grabbed all three discolored cokes that tasted like water and threw them out the drive through window in Front of my car like a Demon. Moreover after throwing the beverages out the window he went and grabbed a pot of stemming hot water and started pouring it on the pop machine. Lastly the bad BBL lady who looked like she had on a Manager uniform said nothing to correct his actions she was to busy on the phone explaining to whoever she only there to do her eight. Hello, Jonathan Ostafinski, I ate McDonald's 10/29/2024 10:04:28am I ate two bites sausage, egg and cheese biscuit, I flipped it over moldy egg all over. Half hour later Cramps, Donald Cramps 7 days, diarrhea for 3 days and wheezing. I am going to toughen it out until 11/06/2024 I am going to Hospital.
