Hello people, I was out OMW somewhere else, which I should have focused on, Instead of messing with this place😠. 20700 Mound Rd in Warren, Mi. I had been here b4 and hadn't eaten anything, so I decided to stop and get a coffee & an onion bagel (which they said they no longer sell). But should consider putting it back!. They'll move better than the blueberry, which I feel is why the blueberry was molding. Only to be disappointment and not sticking to my belief, if a place changes something I like, move on... I ordered a blueberry bagel and coffee😝. The coffee was nasty, I think the cream was spoiled and the bagel had a spot of mold on it😳🧐. So after going though the drive thru, a waste of my time and gas😠. I returned going inside, handing the bagel to the young lady that came to the counter pointing out the spot, she left and came back handing me the bagel back (As if I'd really want it now)!. She said it's not old!, I repeated I said mold and spelled it out M.O.L.D!. Another lady wearing a habib, came and gave me a refund. They had actually charged me .50 cents for butter on the bagel😳, that's too much!!!. So to have butter spread on the bagel, NOT Cream Cheese, they charge .50 cents WOW!.... I hope I can post a picture to get you guys opinion, blueberries are blue, NOT GREEN!. I Do Not recommend "ANYTHING"!, from here, I will not be returning, nor ANY Tim Hortons, since they charge to have butter spread on a dry bagel, that should be a given if the consumer...
Read moreI hate giving bad reviews. And I usually never give reviews based on bad customer service since I work in customer service and understand how it can be. In the drive thru my boyfriend stated he wanted a medium Oreo iced capp. The lady responded 'you said a large ice capp with no whip?" He had to correct the order 3+ times. One drink. This usually wouldn't make our break an experience because the speaker could be hard to hear. Anything. But when we pulled up it was a plain Iced Capp. So he said "its supposed to be Oreo." Ans the girl loudly signs. And her co-worker takes kt and puts Oreo bits on top and hands it back. We Both stare at her and my boyfriend says "I want it all Oreo" She said "it is. I made an extra. Have you tasted it" So I did and it's still plain and tell her "this isnt Oreo" She says "I dont know what to tell you. Its Oreo" Horrible customer service. Its not like I haven't had it before. And I'm stupid enough to see and taste that there's no oreos in there. Such a upid things to write a review about. But at least correct your mistakes. This was this Sunday morning 9/9 around 11am. The girl who took the order was a chubby brunette girl. And her coworker was a smaller African American. And she was the one who lied to me about the order. Read moreI don’t frequent this location often but when I do it’s always a hit or miss. I have never received great service. Barely mediocre. Speaking of today’s visit: Morning drive thru line was a bit long of course which I would expect. I placed my order, somewhat of a wait, order was incorrect which I checked before pulling off to make sure egg wasn’t on my daughter’s sandwich but didn’t make sure mines was correct because I assumed it would be. I ordered the everything bagel sandwich which is what I paid for but I received the regular croissant. I’m sure it cost less than what I was charged. Also when the gentleman gave me my food at the window he did not say anything- just handed me the bag. No thank you, no have a nice day, no napkins, no jelly but there’s a note in the window stating g extra jelly is .42 cents each. A lady was inside sweeping trash the entire time I was at the window waiting for my order when clearly it looked as if she was needed in the area of food preparation. I just feel that service is a big thing. It can make or break and experience. In my opinion they need to provide better customer service and make sure orders are correct. People want what they pay for and it is their job to make sure the customer gets it. I will continue to frequent the competitor and get better food and immaculate service every single...
