Motor City Sports Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Warren

I’ve been to Motor City Bar and Grill before for a night out, and I had a great time. The drinks were solid, and the crowd had good energy—no complaints at all. However, I didn’t try the food on that visit.

This time, I decided to get the full experience. While the bar doesn’t offer a happy hour or lunch specials, the menu is reasonably priced, so I can see why. That said, I was a bit surprised that my house margarita came out to $12.

Service-wise, the experience was great. My bartender was super cool and attentive. For my meal, I ordered the house margarita and the Motor City Burger, which features a 1/2 lb. burger patty, 3 oz. of corned beef, and a mix of Swiss and American cheese.

The standout for me was the corned beef—it absolutely carried the burger. Unfortunately, the patty itself lacked seasoning, which held the dish back a bit.

Overall, I wouldn’t count this spot out. It’s still a great place to hang out and grab drinks, and I noticed a few other menu items that caught my eye for next time.

It actually was nice, even though it's not my type of crowd. Felt out of place, a single man going to a bar with young people I felt like R Kelly in a candy store 😂😂😂 But they packem up on there. I was actually I impressed after looking at the news complaining about fights and shooting in bars like that, there was no trouble at all everyone was there for the same thing I was there for to enjoy myself and have a good time and that's exactly how it was. You can't believe everything you hear from others I'm just going to say haters. They never want the next person to have fun so they cause chaos. I'm 60yrs old and I'd go back to visit again. The next time I have family (younger) I'm taking them there because I seen for myself it's a nice secured environment. Oh before I forget...

I used to be a regular, in fact I work across the street. I now only come here when I dont have time to go elsewhere. The owners are decent, but the bartender they have there during the afternoon is terrible. She doesn't listen and is very rude. I've been back about 3 times in about 4 months. Every time I come in, this same bartender is at the end of the bar talking to some guy(the same patron, maybe a boyfriend), ignoring what's going on around her. I literally left without ordering one previous occasion, because she never came to take my order and I was pressed for time. To bad, this bar...
