White Castle — Restaurant in Warren

My wife and I were completely ignored for about 20 minutes by all of the staff while waiting at the counter to place our order! We were patient at 1st until it became clear that no one was in any rush to greet us nor acknowledge that we had been standing there. My wife and I repeatedly asked if anyone was going to take our order but received no response from anyone. She then raised her voice loudly and finally got the attention of the server standing just a few feet away behind the glass and asked to speak to a manager. The server called out to whoever the manager was, but he or she never came to the counter. The restaurant was busy and that is totally understandable, our issue is NO ONE SAID ANYTHING to us to at least acknowledge us and to let us know someone would be available to take our order eventually but to be completely ignored is unacceptable. We left the location and went to another restaurant. The worst White Castles in the city of Detroit and Warren. This the only one I've been too in the past 10 years that serves old and cold food. Today, I ordered 6 sandwiches, 2 breakfast sandwiches w sausage and bacon, 2breakfast sandwiches plain with sausage and bacon and the two chicken breast meals add bacon two of the sandwiche meals with a smoothie. After I paid the 2 breakfast sandwiches w sausage and bacon was correct and 2 chicken breast sandwiches had no bacon and my smoothie was okay. I was missing my fries and the bacon I added to my chicken breast meal and my 2 sandwiches that's plain. Waited 15 mins for some more cold food to be handed to me but the plain sandwiches was rt. The chicken sandwiches never was remade and the patty taste old. I disposed of the fries in the trash they were nasty once I got home. I spent over 20$ and no one enjoyed they meal. This is sad. The owner really needs to clean house. I will drive out of my way to get better quality food from another White Castle. Now that's sad 😔 when this one is...

Update 12/30/24 Shame on me because I keep coming to this White Castle's location Today I came through the drive-thru and bought a number one and I would like to say that the hamburgers are cold and how I know they're cold because the cheese is not melted I asked for everything on them they're dry the only thing that was fresh was the things that had to be cooked right then and there like my cheese sticks and my onion chips I would hate to say it but I would think that this was the weakest link and the White Castle's food chain as I stated shame on me because I keep going back Rosemary need a new staff the White Castles that's located on West Davison is the best White Castles their food...
