Nova Coffee Co — Restaurant in Warren

This place is a 10/10 for me. The quality is worth the price. Everything I ate was fresh and quiet tasty. I got 2 breakfast tacos one OG, and the other was the micro goat. The Og had a nice balance between the spice from the sauce, the tang from the pics and the eggs were perfect. The micro goat had fresh micro greens which gave a beautiful crunch, with the pickled onions. Absolutely delicious. Then we come to the avocado toast. There was a health portion of avocado, and nicely fried egg on top of a nicely toasted piece of (what I think is) a whole grain bread. This was also covered with some goat cheese and crushed red pepper. With all that being said I will be back many times. The service was awesome. The ladies working there were so nice and pleasant. They made me feel comfortable even though I was slightly overwhelmed. For my drink I got a honey lavender cold brew with oat milk. Of course I loved this as well, it was also nice to have a non diary option. They have a lot of intolerance friendly foods, along with vegan/vegetarian options. The atmosphere was nice as well, I felt cozy and modern. They have a few tables available for outside seating which is also quaint. Very clean! Their donuts look soooo good. I bought some but have yet to try them. We need more novas and less Starbucks. When it come to parking you will have to find a spot somewhere around the square, you will get lucky to find a spot open in front of the establishment. They are wheelchair friendly! I come here 3 times a week. Today I go an if I'm not mistaken it was the owner that took... well didn't take my order. I wanted cyob ( create your own bagel) , which I get the same 3 days a week. Tomatoes capers cream cheese fried egg on an everything bagel. So I go to order he says no no this isn't on the create your own. I said it's the same I get everytime. He rudely responds with well that's not going to happen. I'll put it in as a lox bagel without the Salmon. Which is 12 dollars and I'm not getting salmon. I said so it will be 12 dollars it's normally 8. He said ya that's how much it will be. As I just got frustrated I decided I'm just not going to order so I told my friend that was waiting for me to order her breakfast as well, that we would go elsewhere. The owner rudely yelled in the coffee shop in front of people at me. I have been here many times before i am pretty sure i have never ever paid 7$? It was gross and bitter and idk if its bc the people working I've never seen before or what but 7!? For terrible coffee!? I regretted it as soon as i took a sip but i didn't want to go back and be a bother while they were steady with customers, but i can say i do not think i will be back for awhile it was so bad. The atmosphere seems like underground hipster hangout i never see workers from the area or customers either which makes me sad because i would love to support a local business but for that reason alone i question supporting Nova.
