Saratoga Restaurant & Catering — Restaurant in Warren

Went there for lunch and ordered a chicken sandwich special (which wasn't even a special because it was on there original menu at the same price) which came with fries. The waitress brought it out and there was a big mosquito on my plate and it's legs torn off all over the fries. She never even apologized. I felt like I was inconveniencing her for having to remake the meal. I know stuff happens and I happily ate a different meal, but there was no apology for the extra wait or gross mosquito. Service is terrible there and every one of the workers is rude and they always seem ticked off...

Just discovered the gem and LOVED it! A business that’s been here since 1916! We went for breakfast. Prices we’re great and portions were big. The rye toast was wonderful; a little thicker than regular Jewish rye. The pancakes were soo tasty 😋 and the veggie omelet was packed with veggies. Lunch was wonderful; chicken, fig, arugula and goat cheese salad. The cod was wonderful! I almost forgot, the hot chocolate was AMAZING! The service was on point and the atmosphere was great. We loved the bar seats and old fashioned milk...

My friends and I love this old restaurant, I think it's 100 years old! The booths are cozy and private. The service staff, always great! The food is not anything to brag about, but we love supporting this Warren landmark. The catering is outstanding! I've been to many of the events they've done the food for and it's always very good.
