Papa Gino's — Restaurant in Warren

Tried ordering pizza online with 50% off code. System was down. Said to call store. Manager on duty - Sam F. at Warren RI store said he would honor coupon. Got there, he didn't ring in 50% correctly. Husband tried explaining but he didn't get it or didn't know how to do it. I went in and showed the amount from the website. He turned around and said my husband was rude to him. I said he should honor the coupons and what he said he was going to do on the phone call when I ordered. He flipped out and pointed his finger at me and shouted for me to get out and never come back. Shouted numerous times leaning over the counter as if he wanted to hit me. Filed complaint at the police station. He is dangerous to customers and this corporation. He is practically assaulting his customers because he doesn't know how to do his job. Papa Gino's needs to reassess their standards when hiring people never mind store managers. He should be fired. Never got the coupon applied. Will never spend my money at any Papa Gino's again. Just...

I only gave it the star because i had to. Absolutely nothing good to say about this place. Management is completely unprofessional, seems like the entire staff is untrained including him. And the understaffed excuse is inapplicable considering they had 6 people on. Everyone's standing around or talking amongst themselves like they didn't have 8 people standing and calls coming in one after another (Just to hear AT LEAST 3 of them not get answered while I was there). He told me I just had to wait on breadsticks for almost 40 minutes. My order was placed at 6:08 and I was told it'd be ready at 6:23. I get there and the MANAGER tell me I was supposed to be called to be told they didnt have the pasta choice I wanted. No big deal. Proceeds to say they're going to do it and it'd take 5 at most, and then 15 go by and the manager says he's waiting on my breadsticks. 7 rolls around and I finally get it and everything's ICE COLD. Listening to the workers talk about their others jobs while they clearly cant even do this...

GREAT STAFF! I haven't been to a Papa Gino's probably in over 25 years. I ordered online, and my order was ready on-time. While I was picking up my order there was a customer talking a staff members ear off and you could tell it was distracting her - so my order was wrong but understanding as these things can happen- plus I saw with my own eyes how distracting this customer was being. When I got to my parents, I looked up the number to call - not thinking it defaulted me to another location. I was told I had to call customer service. Fast forward, I called the Warren Store and spoke with Robin - she was INCREDIBLY PROFESSIONAL, KIND and sweet! She personally made my order and WOWWW! I got some honey BBQ wings and a Italian grinder and it was delish.. I love how the wings are too crispy and they are super wet, yummy! This is my new place especially knowing what days Robin is there! Kudo to the management of this store! Great staff, friendly service and the place is immaculate! Thanks...
