Subway — Restaurant in Warren

THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve ever experienced in my life. From the Franchise store owner being completely rude from the jump I placed 2 separate orders online for pick and all the orders were completely wrong and sloppily put together there was so much mayo on there it wasn’t even edible, bacon looked 5 days old and found a hair in my food! I went up there to speak to him (the owner) and he completely brushed me off and told me it’s my fault the order is incorrect….and accused me of lying about the toppings and order not being correct. I didn’t even make it 5 mins at home to unravel the sandwich and fold them back up to come back for him to be discriminating against me stating he’ll call the cops if I don’t leave when I simply asked for my food to be refunded. I didn’t eat any of the food when I brought it back it wasn’t even touch and I feel racial discriminated against with these actions just because I’m an African American woman you feel the need to call the cops instead of refunding my order. He didn’t even look or listen to 1 word I had to say on top of my $40 order I brought a 12 pack of cookies. I’m completely in disbelief and will never feel the same about a subway after this one he was rude to his employees from the start and this was unnecessary very unprofessional. I received no food, no refund, no apology and on top of that was an hour late to work. He didn’t even try to listen to anything I had to say I hope this place...

Thee worst subway I ever been to in my whole entire 45 years of life!!! Can we say trifling,ghetto,unpleasant,unprofessional,Piss poor customer service!!!

I can’t even believe Subway allows their brand to be ran by people who just run their business name and brand down and give it a bad taste in people’s mouths!!!

Then It’s super disgusting when your transferring tuna to my sandwich. I don’t even eat tuna. Didn’t even order no tuna. But you was transferring it when I walked in. So you actually got all these tuna on my cold cut. Yuck!!🤮

Then let’s not talk about the way my sandwich was even made!! They lunch meat wasn’t placed on the sandwich correctly. With a cold cut it’s 3 different meats mixed on the sandwich. This person put one row of each meat so eat bite will have different meat when the whole sandwich should have mixed meats with each bite. Then ask for light mustard and it was heavily poured on my sandwich i believe on purpose at this point.

Wish I could give zero. Glad that’s open later, but kind of pointless. If you’re paying top dollar top dollar for something you possibly could die from. Kept telling the lady I wasn’t ready yet I needed a few minutes. She kept asking me what I wanted then the other lady walked up and she started asking me what I wanted and then I repeated it to three times they didn’t understand started making my sandwich put all the meat on one side, bacon not cooked at all in my sandwich was literally falling apart she seen it was falling apart and just kept making it. When you pull up one employees in front of the store and their car, gather employees in the back of the dining room, not doing anything in the kitchen they could be doing or cleaning sitting down and another employee sitting down at the front window.
