Tubby's Sub Shop — Restaurant in Warren

I went through the drive- through and ordered a pizza steak and cheese with no pizza sauce the lady taking the order wanted to argue with me and tell me that wasn't a pizza steak and cheese if I didn't have the pizza sauce on it. I know exactly what I wanted and ordered it the exact way it should have been wrung up in the computer. Yes what I technically wanted was a mushroom steak and cheese with green peppers but because you charge an arm and a leg to add on the peppers I order it the other way there should have been no argument there so instead of getting my food the way I wanted it we had to leave because for fear someone might...

I hate writing these lately because I feel like people are just so miserable with their own lives, they take it out on the customers. Whoever the person was who was taking orders at this establishment on 10/2/24 at 730ish pm, does not need to be anywhere near anyone much less disrespecting anyone ordering food. This is a sad situation because my family LOVES Tubbys and has for at least 30years that I lived here, this woman SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED NEAR A SPEAKER THAT DOESN'T WORK WELL, TRYING TO TAKE SOMEONES ORDER!! Used to be way better, the food gets worse weekly, the ingredients are cheaper and gross, where are they getting the stake for the subs, the tomatos are nasty and they never remember ranch, I won't be back !!
