Got sat by hostess, waited 5 minutes to put in drink order. Ordered the fried mozzarella. Host delivered the mozzarella. 10minutes later comes back by and sees we haven’t touched it. I tell her can I get these recooked. Grease all over the plate and burnt. She walks to the owner they talk for about 5 minutes while looking at us. She finally goes to back. Another server comes and asks us if we want anything else? I say no Ty just the mozzarella recooked. We order our food. My own mistake should have left then. The mozzarella in the pictures is the second batch. Looked same as first just less grease and actually had the cheese on top. Pizza was burnt to hell top and bottom yet still served? All I have to say further is disappointed. Disappointed in the quality of food and the fact the owner never got up from his drink to come speak to us. I paid my 67 tipped the poor server 20 bc it is not her fault. I have gave this place multiple chances but at this point the food issues seem to be just no upkeep on equipment. The fry oil is old and needs to be changed no matter how many times I asked for it to be recooked they are gonna continue to come out that way bc of the oil. If your pizzas are going through a pizza oven the overcook on pizza is one of two reasons 1 not being cleaned properly or 2 the setting is to high. As a manager of a restaurant I know nothing is 100% but come on guys I work hard for my money and don’t expect to spend it on burnt product. First fail safe should be cooks. If food don’t look good do not serve it. Train your servers or in my case the host if you would not eat it do...

Travs were room temp, steak was really rough, the Mac and cheese is not advertised as beer cheese ( which I don't like and wouldn't of gotten had I known) another person I was with got the Alfredo which was bland. I think they try to serve to many Different types of food and they cant keep up with the different flavors and cooking methods. The food was displayed beautifully on the plates but the quality definitely didn't match. After reading further reviews it seems as though anytime someone posts a complaint the owner replies with " did you ask to speak to a manager" we shouldn't have to...the food should be of good quality and seasoned properly.
