Taco Bell — Restaurant in Warrenton

I don’t understand why this place is the way it is, and why it’s been able to be that way so long. There are some GREAT people that do work here, and they are the only reason that I have more stars than the required minimum. However, just in the last years time; I have received 85% of my orders messed up, been lied to, been treated very poorly, and gone up there after my wife came home having been treated badly to ask them why that was. I’m sure I’m forgetting something as well.

They do the usual, “Does everything on your screen look correct”, but when your ordering for a couple people, their tiny screen doesn’t show the whole order. So I say, “Everything that I am able to see does”. Still, my tacos are NEVER supreme, my wife’s cheesy fiesta potatoes have sour cream about 1% of the time, and my drinks are always underfilled; yet dribbling all over themselves. The last time my drink was a mess, I asked for a couple napkins to clean my cup off with(why would you even hand it out the window that way in the first place),and the girl at the window looked at me like I was the stupidest person she had ever encountered, and said “Umm, I done put them in the bag.” I replied, “Oh, those are for the food, I will be needing extra to clean my cup of to not make a mess in my car.” I’ll be damned if she didn’t hand me 1 napkin.

It does seem that things are better around lunch time than in the evening. There are still mistakes constantly, but the staff is way better at fixing the problems than the evening staff. We love Taco Bell, and would like to see a big change at the one that we have to use since we have lived in this town all...

WORST. TACO BELL. EVER! This is long overdue. This location has so many problems its hard to know where to begin. They have problems opening and closing at the times they advertise. They're also frequently out of basic ingredients such as: taco meat (so no tacos), refried beans (no burritos), chicken, and steak, basically what you need for their entire menu. Their drink machines also tend to not be in working order. Food is generally cold (not even room temperature, COLD!). This is not every once in awhile its ALL the time at ANY hour of the day, morning, noon, and night. We've gone at least twice a week for a year and a half. There's already not many choices of places to eat in this whole of a wall town. Tables tend to be dirty and restrooms are always out of something. Even though I don't have babies anymore I noticed a big out of order sign on the infant changing station (let's see how long it takes for that to fixed). Btw, if you advertise serving lunch/dinner at 9:00 am then you should have the ingredients you need ready. We waited in the parking lot 45 minutes for it to be 9 am just for them to say it would be another 45 minutes for the beans to be done. 6 of the 8 items we planned to buy required beans. Hands down the worst taco bell I've ever been to. Ordered on the kiosk and waited close to 20 minutes for my order. There was a slow but steady stream of cars for drive thru, nothing crazy and easily managed by 1 person on the line. They had 2 people making food and it still wasn't fast enough. I watched them use the steamer at the end of the line to cook beef for some reason.l, that's incredibly unsanitary and dangerous. My order was handed to me with the incorrect cup size so I asked for the large like I ordered and the lady had a bit of an attitude about it. My supreme crunchy taco was a regular crunchy taco but it was fixed without any hassle and an apology. There's a giant puddle of greasy water in front of the registers from cleaning the floors in the kitchen and having it run out to the lobby. The entire lobby floor is covered in grease from people walking through it and tracking it everywhere because they never bothered to mop up the puddles. You can also see the rotting food sitting under the front counter that was moved there by the water as it went to the lobby.
