I ordered balloons for a Memorial Service send off. The service seemed great, and Cathy seemed kind and sincere. During our conversation she asked for my Credit Card number , I agreed I could give her that of course, but asked if the card could please not be ran until morning when they opened. She assured me that was no problem and the card will NOT be charged until the next day. PERFECT! To my surprise I get an alert that night that my account was negative... I checked, she charged my card. I wake up to another over draft charge- so I was in fact charged $80 in over draft charges. I reached out to Cathy to ask why my card was charged when I was promised it would not be until that next day- NO REPLY. Not even a simple I am sorry we made that mistake. NOTHING. Needless to say, I ended up paying $185 for the balloons that should have been $105. It is not her fault banks charge insane fees, but it is her fault they did not honor the agreement and honestly I would have never took the time to review this if they could have just offered an apology. :( I would not recommend them based on the experience I had. * just wanted to post a bit of an update, after thinking more about it and talking to more people who had bad experiences with them, I decided I would also post a review on Facebook, when I tried to do that it said that I was blocked from posting reviews on their page! Cathy was the best - in today's world it is hard to find a business that will go above and beyond, but this florist goes above and beyond farther than any business I have ever done business with.

For those who wonder what Cathy did, here are the details. I wanted to send my daughter a special birthday cake and flowers, but I could not find a bakery that delivered. I called my son-in-law for help and he spent hours looking for a bakery that would deliver. I live in Florida and my daughter lives in Missouri - too far for me to drive to deliver a cake. After discussing the problem with my family here in Florida we decided to just do the arrangement and so I called a few florists, but most where FTD and told me they would do their best with the arrangement, but because they had to send the order to another florist, I may not get what I want. I Googled florists near where my daughter lives and found Cathy - not only did Cathy tell me the delivery will be exactly what I ordered, she told me she would check on the cake and deliver it also - Cathy ordered the cake exactly as I asked and her delivery will pick the cake up on the way to deliver the flowers. Because of Cathy my daughters birthday will be exactly as I wanted - a special event. I ordered flowers for a friend as a condolence on the loss of her Mother from Walter Knoll. This florist contracts with them for the Warrenton area. I ordered "Orchid Dreams" and what they sent didn't have a single orchid. The arrangement was supposed to have only two types of flowers-orchids and hydrangeas. They put three small hydrangeas in with roses and baby's breath and what appeared to be wilted greenery. The arrangement they sent could be bought at a grocery store-they used much cheaper flowers. When I notified Walter Knoll they were appalled (as I am) and immediately refunded my purchase and are replacing it themselves. This is a terrible business practice and it astounds me that this florist actually tried to get away with this, there's simply no excuse.
