Burger King — Restaurant in Warrenville

This location is a few minutes from my home so I go here when I need something quick for dinner with the wife and kids. Don't bother, just go to the one on Kirk by Walmart.

Every time, there is at least one thing wrong, not wrong enough to not to go but I meant come on... every time... an order without pickle ends up getting pickles...an order without mayo gets mayo...trouble running a gift card through for some reason...onion rings not in the bag and didn't realize it until you got home... not once have they had crowns for the kids (asked each and every time)...

Final straw, this last time as I finished up a long day working on our home and they say they close at 12 midnight online. I pulled up at 11:48 to the drive through and sit there for two minutes... finally I say hello...no answer so I drive up to the window and see hours posted for closing time of 12... in my circle around I see someone inside and see two employees inside so I pull around to the drive through again, this time the guy tells me they're closed. I say it says you close at 12, he just repeats himself more angrily saying "nah, we closed"...why did I drive to the BK Lounge because it was the only place open that had something quick but that turned out to be false.

Ok, well it's a Burger King. So my review is going to be rather short. Because... Burger King. Who hasn't eaten there, right? So, what do people wanna know? This is what I have experienced. Is it clean? YES. Even the restroom. Do they prepare the food in a hygienic manner? YES. You can see they make your order fresh for you. You can see it's clean. The employees wear new gloves. Is the food they prepare tasty & constructed well? MOSTLY. They often times have fries that are not the freshest, but ask for fresh ones! It is worth it. They are nice about it. THE BURGERS ARE ALWAYS VERY YUMMY, THEY HAVE ALWAYS CORRECTLY FULFILLED MY ORDERS, AND IF YOU DON'T LIKE BURGERS THEY MAKE YUMMY CHICKEN AT THIS LOCATION AS WELL. I thought I'd put up some larger sized and main points. Just in case people are only skimming...

Very rude customer service and disrespectful,sometimes the orders take 20mins to complete even when not busy. Food quality is okay used to order the burgers from here but stopped since i had an encounter when my food wasnt properly prepaired or fully cooked throughly even though they are prepared and the food temperature didnt meet serving requirements. Dissatisfied with the overal customer service. It may be due to not enough workers regardless of busy times or when there is noone waiting in the drive through or lobby but orders still take long est 10mins. Hopefully your service will be better than mine. Also when i asked for sauce they gave me a little sauce cup from behind the counter with a lid. I persoanlly dont like that because anyone can open it unlike the sauce packets you get nornally which...
