This place used to be a Blueberry Hill and got bought out by new owners, two sisters. I've been there a couple times and the food has been consistent. It's very fresh, beautifully plated and the place is spick and span. Because it's a little out of the way the prices are a bit cheaper than most other breakfast places in the area.
I started talking to one of the sisters today and she convinced me to take home a carton of the homemade soup. She told me the name but I forgot.
It's basically Mexican vegetable soup with noodles in it. She also packed me some of her mom's secret sauce. She warned me that it was really spicy and I'm thinking, "hey I'm Asian."
Well, I got home and I put (I'm not joking) three to four tiny drops in there and I think one of the ingredients was the fires of hell.🔥
Give this place a visit, it is worth the little extra drive if you're in Naperville. Their customer service orientation is second to none.
And remember when you support a local business, 68 cents out of that dollar goes back into...
Read moreThis is another reiteration of the struggling “Warrenville Cafe.” However, this latest version, despite the same sign (need to change the sign to add the term “Fresco”) is the best since the original restaurant that had been there for years. Again all very good. The only draw back was price - but seemingly everywhere is expensive. My suggestion would be to quit offering soup or salad that accompanies every meal. Too much food and maybe could cut costs. The restaurant was very clean, nice decor and the service was outstanding. Will be going back, but need to change the sign so people know it’s not the same as the old restaurant! I would...

The place is under new ownership, and the menu no longer lists savory crepes. Tragic, right? But plot twist: ask and you shall receive. We politely inquired, and voilà—they whipped up mushroom, spinach, and feta crepes just for us. Four of them, no less! Delicious, generous, and honestly, bordering on heroic.
Had we known it was a Fab Four situation, we would’ve split the order and tried two kinds. But no regrets—leftovers are just tomorrow’s bonus round.
Still a solid neighborhood spot, now with a touch of culinary mystery. Just remember: sometimes, the best items aren’t on the menu—they’re in your bold, slightly...
