Delicious ice cream, affordable prices and great customer service! The guy who served us was super friendly. As someone with a dairy allergy, I was happy to see 6 different flavors of water-based ice cream available! There's a nice selection of dairy free paletas as well. I'll definitely be coming back here again!

This La Michoacana carries on the taste and tradition so well! It was the first time I had been to this specific location, and I loved it. Polite staff and a clean store make it a go to when I am in town. 2 enthusiastic thumbs up! Get the mangonada.

One of Warrenville's hidden gems that needs to be put onto everyone's "Must Stop Here" list. Super clean store and staff is very friendly and helpful (and patient when you can't make up your mind because of all the awesome flavors to choose from). Their fruit ice cream bars are the best choice at the greatest value. From simple fruit offerings to Ferrerro Rocher, Tiramisu, Egg Nog, Avocado or Kit Kat, the wide range to choose from usually leads you to buy a sack full to take home. They are the nicest here! Always patient with my young kids who take a long time to decide, always translates to English anything we don't know.

The young guy who works there is the BEST! My daughter decided she wanted "bubblegum ice cream" for her birthday and I called all the fancy ice cream places around us and NO ONE had it.

Then I remembered La Michocana and not only did the guy cheerfully pack a huge cup of it for her, he gave her a matching popsicle (free)!! She was so happy. Thank you for making her birthday ice cream...

I had a terrible experience at La Michoacána. The employee was extremely rude and had a bad attitude from the moment I walked in. I’d rather drive extra miles to another location than come back here. I’ll definitely be telling my friends and family to avoid this place as well. Customer service is just as important as the product, and this visit was incredibly...
