Dunkin' — Restaurant in Warrenville

I hate leaving this review because there are 2 guys there that are so great, but I have had consistent quality issues. Today was the last straw, I placed a mobile order and when I went to pick it up they were just completely closed. I get emergencies happen, but surely someone could have turned off mobile ordering. I’ve now had to sit on corporate for 20 min trying to get a refund because it was a $25. In addition to this, there is a lady that works there ( typically making the sandwiches) who has made us late for appointments because even though I pre-order we have still had to wait 15+ min and sometimes our eggs are still cold. maria loves sosa is lying about the employee they are really nice and they were quick with my orders and my drink even tho they were cleaning i was there during the accident when they told everyone that they were about to close they were nice too but i overheard the ladies interrupting the young employee and when leaving they left a mess they were asked to pick it up nicely and started screaming saying and harassing the employees. And saying that they’re paid to clean up after their mass, yes they work there but they are not paid to be your servant. I got to this Dunkin from past several months over the past few weeks customer service has deteriorated to such upsetting levels that i wrote to Dunkin corporate about this location. They sent me templated response that we will look into this, nothing else! Staff is not courteous, yells at you at the drive-thru, close the lobby to limit orders(and probably are too lazy anyways), orders are wrong. I remember an employee at the drive thru came to work so sleepy that she dropped my credit card out of the window instead of handing it to me. One of the worst Dunkin Donuts I have been through. I hope corporate takes note of terrible service at location which is hurting dunking brand...
