I hate leaving this review because there are 2 guys there that are so great, but I have had consistent quality issues. Today was the last straw, I placed a mobile order and when I went to pick it up they were just completely closed. I get emergencies happen, but surely someone could have turned off mobile ordering. Iāve now had to sit on corporate for 20 min trying to get a refund because it was a $25. In addition to this, there is a lady that works there ( typically making the sandwiches) who has made us late for appointments because even though I pre-order we have still had to wait 15+ min and sometimes our eggs are still cold. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI got to this Dunkin from past several months over the past few weeks customer service has deteriorated to such upsetting levels that i wrote to Dunkin corporate about this location. They sent me templated response that we will look into this, nothing else! Staff is not courteous, yells at you at the drive-thru, close the lobby to limit orders(and probably are too lazy anyways), orders are wrong. I remember an employee at the drive thru came to work so sleepy that she dropped my credit card out of the window instead of handing it to me. One of the worst Dunkin Donuts I have been through.
