We had dinner on July 26 2025. What a huge mistake going back. We have been going to dine at Amans for more than 15 years The buffet 10months ago was a disaster. Then tried it again 4 months ago and was not good and then gave it another chance. But it was terrible.

Service was pitiful. Chai was served after 30 minutes of ordering. Lassi was so sour like they put lime juice in it. The malai koftas were hard as a rock and rubbery. Not sure what that was. The shahi paneer instead of paneer squares was a grated paneer mush with nonflavor. Nans were not crispy. The chat was dry where a whole can of chicken peas were dumped with no chutney or whipped yogurt.

Things have changed we were sick in our stomach after eating there. The sauces were stale and heavy.

This was an insult to Indian food. The people cooking in the kitchen seem to be oblivious and of very poor caliber

The service was so poor we had to flag down server 5 times.

The dessert was bought frozen and not fresh We have been to Amans for dinner many many times in past 15 years and it used to be good

The food has become Unplatable and quite disgusting

Its a 5 thumbs down for this place that is now not...

Never had such a worst experience in any restaurant.

We are vegetarians and we ordered Kaju Mattar masala. Half way through our meal we found a piece of chicken in the curry.

How can a cooked chicken piece get into veg curry? It can’t happen just like that. And they casually say ‘Oh sorry it happened by mistake”.

This is 100% unacceptable.

So every time anyone orders veg curry, please be informed that these guys are simply using meat base gravy.

Had we not found this, we wouldn’t have realized what a mess might be happening inside the kitchen which is not revealed to the outside world.

These guys seem to simply act according to their whims and fancy. Quality of cooking, cleanliness, sanitation might be taken for granted. This was evident through our bad experience.

If you are a vegetarian and believe in your values and go to this restaurant to eat vegetarian food, then god bless you.

Aman - you are spoilt. Good...

My wife and I drove 37 minutes (one way) to order take-out from this restaurant. I had been there once previously with a friend and had really enjoyed the food. The tall gentleman who took my order was super nice, helpful, and patient. We had a decent size order for 2 people. The food was promptly prepared within the 20 minutes he allotted. The person who received payment was also very polite and gentle.

The food was still hot when we arrived home. We opened all the dishes, took pictures to send to some people and dug in.

The amazing thing was the consistency of the taste from what I remembered and how it was tonight. I had also brought food home for my wife the first time, and she is usually a bit more critical than I am.

She also thought the food was amazing. It is to this end that I write this review. Thanks Aman Bistro. My best wishes for your continued success.

Ps- please don't lose your...

This is a fantastic Indian restaurant. When I was there I had the Chicken Tikka Masala and the Chana Masala. I don't really like my food spicy and the chicken tikka masala was perfect for me. The Chana Masala was a little bit spicy but I could tolerate it. I probably could have asked them to make it less spicy but I wanted to try it that way. The atmosphere in this restaurant is that of an actual restaurant. Often small Indian restaurants in strip malls have more of a cross between a fast food and a restaurant feel. This one however feels like an actual restaurant. I did not go while the buffet was on so I do not know if that is any good or not but I highly recommend this place.

This restaurant used to be good but has gone sharply downhill. Last night we waited over a hour for our food, and three completely different dishes looked and tasted exactly the same as can be seen in the photo below. Methi malai mutter is supposed to be greenish white, goan chicken is usually light yellow and mutter paneer is usually reddish. It’s like they made one sauce and threw everything into it. Our rice was clumpy which only happens when rice is older and has been sitting around for a while. Service was slow and uneven at best. We will not be coming back here!!

Pre-Covid. Aman's had the BEST Indian lunch buffet anywhere around. Price was awesome, selection was awesome, and the food was amazing. However, post-covid, the majority of Indian restaurants got rid of their lunch buffets. Recently went to Aman's and the food was still very good, but the portions were TINY, and the prices were outrageous. So unfortunate. I hope they bring back their lunch buffet soon.
