Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Warwick Township

On August 6 2024, I was picking up an order from this Papa John's as soon as I came in I was greeted by Anthony and Brandon. They told me my order would be ready in three minutes. I came out to my car and saw I had a flat tire. I went inside and asked if either one of them had a jack in their vehicle. Brandon, let me use the jack from his car. So I could get the flat tire off of mine. As I was working on getting the tire off, I was starting to feel really hot and tired. So I went inside Anthony gave me a wet paper towel so I could put on my neck they let me sit inside so I could cool down. We placed an online order tonight at 7:28pm. The pizza sat in boxing status for over a half hour. The store called us at 8:11pm. I called them back at 8:25pm. Female employee stated that our order was late and that it was just leaving "now". At 9pm, I called the store as we still haven't received our pizza (store is 3 miles away). Female employee was unhelpful and rude. Pizza arrived a few minutes later lukewarm and they did not bring our drink. Very disappointed by the customer service and lack of concern for their customers. Never had an issue here until recently. Tonight is the second time in 3 months that we have ordered using the order ahead feature on the website, only to have the pizza arrive 45 minutes to an hour after the time requested on our order. We order several hours ahead of our anticipated meal time, so it's not a question of not leaving enough time. (Also, we only order delivery every few months, so this makes 2 of 3 deliveries unacceptably late.) While we prefer Papa John's pizza, we'll take our business elsewhere so we're not waiting an...
