Stopped here for the first time. The sandwiches were definitely good. But the one thing I loved about these sandwiches was the fact that the meat was definitely fresher than anything I have had before coming from a sandwich shop. I was we not a fan of the bread. The one thing I did notice about this shop is they put out of order signs on their bathrooms so customers would not use them. But yet an employee went in to use them. If you're going to have a sandwich shop that allows people to eat in, then your bathrooms should work. If they were closed because due not wanting customers to use it, then they should post it because clearly they worked if an employee used them.

These are the best subs in Lititz with a small caveat: make sure to order your subs on the seedless rolls. For some reason the seeded rolls are super dry, almost like they were toasted or something. Another thing to look out for is if you make a large order (like 8 subs), the time estimate on the site is fairly off, and could take an extra 20 minutes

i love the food here however today i ordered a cheesesteak and there was a piece of bone in my sandwich from the meat. i was pretty disappointed. not that it’s their fault, but still pretty gross and disgusting.

This was my last Primo Hoagie. I long since gave up on the Lancaster store since most of my sandwiches were prepared incorrectly. The Lititz store was better but now this. I picked up two last night for me and my wife. They were soaked with water and oil. Like the Lancaster location they don't adequately drain their veggies, soaking the roll. I asked for oil but, come on. All over the top of the roll and running out one end? It also just didn't taste great. Surface area equals flavor and this was like biting into a wad of cold cuts. I don't care how fresh a deli meat is, no one wants to bite into a block of it. And why don't they cut the thing? A hoagie gets cut - all the way in half! You don't hand someone a 10" long oil and water soaked deli log. Twenty five dollars for 2 sandwiches? And this from an owner who claims to either be from Philly or make hoagies like Philly. Sandwich shops like this wouldn't last long in most Philly neighborhoods. If I really want a good sandwich I'll just have to take a long drive. I'm done...

I’ll lead with the positives! I love the subs here. They’re so good. My biggest complaint and feedback for the staff is to train their young team members on the importance of good customer service. I felt like a huge inconvenience when I ordered and was rushed. I planned to order 3 subs and only ordered 2 because of how unkind the young man was taking my order. I felt as if my existence annoyed him. I was with my young daughter who also wanted chips and he was annoyed to have to add it to the total after he walked away. Overall very uncomfortable experience. I hope they take the time to read this and make adjustments because it’s such a simple but important thing...

That wait was 12 min for no food it took them that long to tell us the didn't have bread to make our order. It was very dirty and all the employees seemed very confused and like they wished the weren't at work. They had three other orders besides ours to make. It is what I would expect if I went to a toddler cooking show. Sorry but this review is honest. I don't know how people eat here or ever get there order. Maybe it was just an off day Friday at 4:30 being out of bread and in the weeds. I hate to see what the place looks like at 6:00. Oh they also burnt chicken that they were hovering around watching carefully. I guess those poor kids will never get to eat...
