We used to come here all the time and This used to be my kids and my husbands favorite place and the food was always great until recently. Today the service was awful, took over 40 min to make, food was luke warm at best and we didn’t even eat our food because the server spilled my meal all over the table, myself and my extremely expensive bag. She was apologetic which I accepted but I also informed her that unfortunately the bag she spilled my meal on was extremely expensive and that we were going to have to figure something out. She left the table and never came back. No one came to offer me a napkin, clean up, ask if I was ok or check on us. I had to go to the back of the restaurant to try and find help to which I was informed the owner was on the way in a very rude tone. I informed him that no one had tried to help clean up the mess. I walked back at my table and he rudely gave me several napkins and aggressively told me that perhaps I shouldn’t be bringing my expensive bags out in public or to restaurants? What else does one do with a purse? Carry them around the house? Isn’t that what purses are made for? to carry with you when you go out? I again explained to him that the bag was very expensive in the $5000 range and that if he wanted to continue to be aggressive and humiliate me in front of other guests who were now watching that it seemed like I may need to file a police report. My children were stressed and mortified. And no one ate their food. Fortunately the owners did show up and were kind and generous and more than happy to remedy the situation. However, I was not happy that I was asked to pay for our meal because None of my kids, Including me, ate our food. Lastly, The man with the reddish hair and glasses needs to be fired. He gives the restaurant an awful atmosphere and is super rude. Every single time we’ve come he is rude, dismissive, gives us our check before we even eat our meal and acts like we’re not wanted. The whole experience is awkward. But today was the icing on the cake will probably be the last time I’ll ever be stepping foot in that restaurant. Hopefully the owners will stand by their word and fix the bag that had food spilled all over it. Whole experience was super frustrating...

Everytime we have eaten here, the food is always hot and top notch! Owners take great pride in the cleanliness of their restaurant, the restaurant is beautiful, servers are super friendly and their food is one of the best spots I've eaten at in Lititz. I absolutely love their ramen, Vietnamese egg rolls and yaki udon. My first time here, I had no clue what anything was and was afraid to try certain foods because I wasn't used to their names or had never eaten them before, but now that I've been here a few times, fear not! I will most definitely be returning over and over again. My suggestion is for anyone who is not satisfied, please bring it to the attention of the owner and I am sure he or his Wife will make it right. They are very nice, reasonable people. My Husband owns his own small business and poor reviews, in which customers dont bring issues directly to the owner, can really hurt a small business. The services that small businesses provide is exactly what puts food on their table so why take that away from them and their families? Bring it to the owner's attention. Give them the chance to make it right first before putting a bad review online. Thanks Noodle Shack for bringing such an amazing, unique business to the Lititz area! You and your foods are...

Have eaten pick up from the Noodle Shack twice. The first time I was wowed - so good! The second time, still solid-good (all vegetarian choices) tho closer to 4-4.5 stars, for now leaving as 5) Both times ordered appetizer Age Tofu w/soy sauce. First time perfectly cooked with this slightly crisp outer covering, 2nd time a little less crisp (both times only lightly so) and could have used a little more cooking of that outer layer to be as good as the first time (served w/green onion slices & seasonings). Also appetizer summer rolls w/peanut sauce (you can also get a cherry sauce) - big and messy but both times tasted fresh and good. Some summer rolls have a too-thick and chewy outer covering - but these had a thinner outer covering making them more enjoyable. And main course first time the vegetarian Udon soup - SO GOOD. A delight from first to last bite. Second time vege ramen, and it was good. I will go again. The Noodle Shack is rarely busy inside that I have seen, however, do not let this throw you off, if you like this kind of food (their menu is online), it is for sure worth a meal. Atmosphere is...

After checking out the PA Ren Faire, our group wanted to go somewhere we could get ramen so this ended up being our stop back home. The name originally had me thinking it'd be a much smaller, hole-in-the-wall place, but it ended up being a kind of 'Asian Jazzy Starbucks' kind of feel to it. Very dimly lit and pretty with cozy lighting. Our server, Jim, was super fantastic and attentive the whole time and gave us some personal stories - He was very friendly and a joy to talk to. Was definitely not expecting how good the ramen was either! I ended up grabbing the Thai Red Curry Coconut Ramen and it did not disappoint. It was very strong, flavorful, and exactly what I wanted, something not just run of the mill like I normally get for ramen. The ramen was definitely a 10/10. Our table also split the Green Tea Cheesecake amongst us, and it was very light on the flavor but still was overall great for dessert! I'm glad I picked it. Can't wait to have the opportunity to stop back here some day.

I was entering and a guy was standing out front smoking and asked if I already placed an order. No, idea he worked there but the smell of cigarette smoke was disgusting!!! Only 2 people were eating inside and you scan your order and the Marlboro Man delivers it. There was no way he washed his hands because he started helping me right away. I went there at 1pm ish. I ordered seafood pho with extra shrimp and the total was $22! So, the portion size was very small for the price. The container was half full and only 2 scallops, 2 small pieces of crab meat and 6 shrimp. Total not worth the price. The broth was delicious but not a value at all. Between the cigarette smoke and high price I see why it wasn't busy. There are other local places that offer more value and just as good. Totally will not go back, plus the guy needs to be shown food handling and hygiene 101!!!!!!!!!!!

This was my first time trying Ramen (other than the grocery stuff). I tried the Tonkotsu Ramen, which was quite good. The portion was ample, the food hot and quite tasty. Good mix of flavors. Prices seemed mildly high for what you get, but as I said, it was a first time for a noodle restaurant, so I don't have much to compare it to. Service was very minimal. They want you to scan a qr code at the table and order and pay on your phone. The ordering service even wanted me to choose and add a tip before I had see a waiter. Annoying, because I prefer to tip based on quality of the service. Thankfully they at least had paper menus I could look at to decide before ordering with my phone. I suppose if I thought of it as sort of a takeout place with seats to sit and eat it, it would be better But the Ramen was good.
