Time and time again this Starbucks location has proven to be the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. I’m never coming back and I’m honestly consider never ordering starbucks ever again. Starbucks used to care about customer service and quality of their drinks but they’ve fallen so far down it’s actually insane. I usually don’t go to this starbucks because no matter what time of day I go, there always seems to be a line. Today I gave in as I was craving a brown sugar shaken espresso. I put a mobile order in. I got to the drive thru lane and there was no line, one person was at the window and I was happy cuz I thought I was going to be able to get my drink quick and get out of there. I proceeded to had to wait in line for about 8-10 mins. When I finally got my drink, they forgot my cold foam. Told the barista, and what did they proceeded to do? Dump some of the drink and added the cold foam, which mind you looked like watered down cold foam. So the barista gave me back my brown sugar and it was stark white with no presence of any espresso whatsoever. I tasted and to no surprise at all tasted like straight up milk. Had my drink remade, still tasted like ass. I’m tired of wasting my money on Starbucks....
Read moreI have to say this location is always hit or miss. Sometimes there’s very nice workers and other times not so much. I get an iced chai with cin dolce topping. For the third week in a row they managed to be unable to read a sticker and get my drink correct to the point I ask the drive thru lady why this keeps happening. Not only did she stare at drink sticker to see if actually ordered it correct she immediately popped off saying I don’t need to get snippy with her because she didn’t make it. First off lady no one got snippy with you, you’re running a business and you have the responsibility to answer to a mistake that keeps re occurring. Since this incident I’ve barley been back. Like I said some of the workers are nice and others are rude and act entitled. The starbucks I worked for in Texas would never allow such attitude and inappropriate behavior in a workplace to customers. While the customer isn’t always right there’s no need for workers to pop off like this for no reason. Thank god I don’t live hear but when I am visiting out of states it is never a pleasant experience at this...
Read moreI did a mobile order at the Lititz starbucks for a black iced tea on Friday early afternoon. I went to the store to pick it up, and after waiting a few minutes I was told they were out of black tea and it would be five minutes to make more. How do you run out of black tea? It wasn’t even that busy when I was there, inside the store or the drive-thru. Someone wasn’t paying attention when the tea container got low. Anyway, they offered me another drink, but I wanted black iced tea so I agreed to wait the five minutes and sat down at a table. After about 8 minutes I finally stood up to see if the tea was done brewing. Eventually a barista asked if I was waiting for something. I reminded her I was waiting for the tea and that it’s been longer than five minutes. She finally got it made with a quick, I’m sorry. No offer of a coupon for free drink for my inconvenience. Maybe they stopped doing that, but they used to when they messed up. It won’t prevent me from going back to this Starbucks.
