Starbucks — Restaurant in Warwick Township

How disappointing! I go to Starbucks all the time, and just the other day I had such a great experience at this same Starbucks, but today I just have to say that I’m thoroughly disappointed with the way I was treated when I asked a young lady to re-make my drink because she did it wrong. I have worked in food service for years, I’m always very kind and respectful to Food service workers, and I rarely ask people to remake things, but her attitude from start to finish was dreadful. The other employees did not intervene and do anything, and she acted like I was a huge nuisance for asking to have my drink made properly. I know it’s hard to get good workers, but Starbucks usually has better standards than that in my experience. I was trying to treat my daughter and her friend to some drinks, and I guess it was too much to expect that by spending $19 on three drinks I would ask to have the drinks made correctly???

People have bad days, people can be frustrated, but from start to finish, I was unbelievably offended by her attitude, and genuinely believe that workers like that should be let go because this is not the right kind of...

I understand that buying a coffee from Starbucks is a luxury. But to be given a drink that was 1/4 of the way filled, tasted like dirty sink water, and then to open it to see what you just drank is appalling. I was never given a receipt so nothing was done about the order. I understand it’s just a coffee, but I should have just taken my service to a local coffee shop who would have corrected the order immediately. I talked to someone over the chat and they told me nothing could be done without a receipt. Which again, we were never given. I had further questions and they told me they were ending the chat. Nothing was resolved and I am frustrated. Sucks when you’re a stay at home mom and you get so excited to get a Starbucks on the one day you have off to feel like you drank something unsanitary. Great place to stop for a drink or snack. Hang out there and use their WiFi or go through the drive thru and take it to go! I’ve been to MANY Starbucks all over the east coast and from PA over to Illinois. They’re all usually similar and you don’t really know a difference from one to another... EXCEPT this one! I don’t know why it’s different but the staff is phenomenal! I’ve been to this location more than any other and I will drive past different Starbucks just to get to this one.
