China Inn — Restaurant in Warwick

Been looking for a decent Chinese restaurant I this area for quite a while now and have been very disappointed by everyone of them. Been spending a lot of money on trying all the different dishes they have on there menu. Well my wife and myself we love seafood so we been ordering there special called the china inn taste special which has shrimp, scallops, chicken, and Chinese vegetables. Well Everytime we have gotten it it has been different. 1st time it was ok but it just keeps getting worse every time you order it. 1st off there is no Chinese vegetables in it at all. Unless you consider string beans, broccoli, and green peppers Chinese vegetables. Mushrooms the 1st time then never again. Well the last time was the last straw. They had no scallops and replaced them wipork and never mentioned that they had no scallops available, they just took it upon themselves to do as they wished. When my wife called and complained they said that they gave us someone else's order. How convenient that somebody else just happened to order everything else we ordered at the exact same time. Then we ordered 2 orders of chicken wings and the 1st time they gave us 5 in each order then every other time we ordered them they dropped it to 4 pieces. Not to mention that they don't even cut they wing tips off so it makes it look like they giving you more cause they won't fit in the containers. There is no meat on the wing tips and are supposed to be cut off. They are very sneaky and think ppl are stupid and don't realize they really are only hurting themselves cause they will lose business and good paying customers. Just had enough of it and want to warn others of how they treat...

This is a hidden gem that is really slept on in Warwick! I am so glad I found them.. I have tried many Chinese restaurants in the area that were said to be “really good” but this place is by far the very BEST! The food is great and very consistent. I love that it is family owned and operated, plus the kids are just too darn cute… Everyone is kind, very sweet and customer service is excellent and always on point!! I always have a great experience and for the price you get a lot of food! Everything on the menu is made fresh, fast, hot and very tasty. The place is always clean and inviting. There is tons of parking and you are in and out very quickly anytime of day or if you prefer you can eat in. They also offer delivery which is great if you’d rather just stay home.. I’ve been a customer for several years. This is a family run place, the customer service is always friendly and prompt. While the restaurant itself is very small, it’s the food that keeps me coming back time and time again. I’ve tried other restaurants in the area and this one is my favorite.

My go to order take out order for my family is a spring rolls, large hot and sour soup, it come with fried wonton strips, the house fried rice, and shrimp mei fun.

The hot and sour soup is always piping hot, and very flavorful. This soup is amazing. My teen son’s favorite thing from here! The house fried rice is delicious. The flavor profile on the shrimp mei fun is light and savory. The spring rolls are flaky hot and oh so delicious!
